I contacted Bert Terhart with Next gen seo to get my website ranks up. He seemed very trustful and I couldn't find anything bad about him on the internet.
One thing that I found suspicious at first was that he claims he's featured in:
NBC
ABC
CBS
AP
CEOWORLD MAGAZINE
WALL STREET JOURNAL
THE BOSTON GLOBE
LOS ANGELES DAILY NEWS - (I mean really? LA Daily news is featuring some guy from Vancouver?)
The Miami herald
Kansas city star
I mean right there I should of realized I was working with a fraudster.
Through chats with him I became convinced I could trust him and took a leap buying SEO from him.
Funny, after I sent him my first payment I barely heard from him, whereas up to this point I would hear from him multiple times a day.
I would email all of the time, and was told just wait just wait the results take time.
I reached month 4 and this is when I just got fed up. We had absolutely nothing to show for the large sums of money we spent and Bert just kept with his lies and stories of how it just takes time.
Bert refused to refund our money and I'm in a worse position with our website than when we started. I hope Bert comes to his concience and we can reach a resolution somehow and he can be professional about it.
Bert Terhart came off very nice at first when I started doing business with him. I thought I had found a wonderful person to pursue SEO with. Only to find out later that he is a complete scam artist. Ranging from poor SEO to BAD COMMUNICATION, he also contacts his banks and commits chargeback fraud! Small claims court is next on my list.
Do not trust this weirdo with your money, and do not trust that he can get you the results you need with search engine optimization.
I can't stress this enough! Learn from my mistakes, I'm out a few thousand dollars now.
Keep looking for the NEXT SEO professional, not nextgenseo.com - SCAM.
