I will get right to the point. Ever since NextGen Management (Minda Stratton) has been responsible for our home owners property management everything wend down hill. She is nearly unresponsive, incompetent, passes the blame on to others, etc. Unfortunately there is not a positive thing I can say about Minda or her company.
After numerous complaints and contacting the DBPR in attempt to gain access to association monthly financial statments and records we were disillusioned to find that NextGen Managment LLC considers requests to access records and monthly financial statements for our associaiton satisfied with a one page document.
Is it too much to expect from a professional management company to provide detailed financial statements that include income, disburments and reconciled bank statements when requested from owners in the association? Is it normal to have to file complaints in order to gain access to monthly financial statments, only to receive non specific records and blank pages ??
NextGen Managment makes the following false claims and false advertisements on their website and in their contracts:

13 Condominium unit owners at our small complex tell a very different tale from the one being published by Minda Stratton NextGen LLC. To begin with we have only been provided with one contact number and one email address for Minda Stratton the president of the company. The other 124 employees have all left the building. The BBB of south Florida has been contacted with numerous complaints regarding lack of management services contracted for with Ms. Stratton's firm.
Far from enhancing our community Ms. Stratton detracts from the enjoyment of our property. If she were to visit the site it must be with her transparent costume, never any sign of her. The homeowners have requested assistance in the past with obnoxious renters and violations of state laws concerning late night/early morning parties with glass in and around the pool, only to be chastised by Ms. Stratton with comments like "she feels she is being treated like the help."
After contacting the DBPR over unit owners lack of access to financial reports and minutes from BOD meetings Minda Stratton commenced a series of hysterical hate filled phone calls to owners. Stratton reacts with hysterical shreaking any time she is asked to provide any contracted services.
Emails from owners requesting access to Association documents are either ignored or met with harsh replies like the following "why are you contacting me"? It is very hard to understand how Minda Stratton and NextGen Managment LLC can be considered anything short of fraudulent and disgraceful when they publish:"At NextGen, we listen, we care and we perform. Your residents deserve responsive, friendly and accountable service. That's what NextGen delivers." These claims are not only laughable they are just plain disgusting as is dealing with Minda Stratton.
