Purchased 4 of these antennas and none of them work. Unable to contact company. No phone or email address listed when I did search. Will contest with credit card company. Total ripoff and waste of time seeking return and refund.
After waiting a month for the delivery of 3 (three) Digital Antennas from a company called NEXT GEN. I received package. The antennas did not work. Instructions were scarce. No Phone number to get assistance. ALso the return address is a POST OFFICE. How am I going to get my money back?
The items were made in CHina. Is this a chinese company that outsources under an assumed name such as NEXT GEN and offers nothing in the way of support or to return for money back.
