This company is disgusting and so are the people that work for them. I deposited money on my card and they took all of it saying it was for declined purchases. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She gets on the phone and was completely obnoxious. I then asked to speak to someone above her and I get the so called "floor manager" . I explained that when I went to deposit money my acct was still showing a positive so I was not aware that I owed anything. He tells me that u will never see it on the acct but they will withdraw any fees you owe once there's money. Had I known I owed fees I wouldn't have deposited money. Then I asked to speak with the corporate office or at least get a phone number to them and he tells me they don't have a corporate office he is the highest person there is then I asked for an address and he tells me he won't give it to me. Needless to say they took my money left me stranded and refused to give it back saying that they can't give money back once it's taken. These people are disgusting rude unprofessional and thieves. Their customer service is terrible they would rather make money off of the fees they charge then keep a customer who deposits a very decent pension check and uses their card for everyday things especially since they charge 1.50 Everytime you use the card and more for withdrawing money!

I was approached at my local Check Cashing place to sig. Up for a debit card I was told I would only have to pay loading fees and qhat ever an Atm would charge however every transaction my card was charged for via this company.

I cannot really think of a good reason to own this card. They charge for withdrawing money each time or using it at a store for shipping. You buy a 2$ candy for $4 if you pay it as a debit card transaction. Seriously.
This is also the only company I know that charges fees for loading money on your card. I am not talking about the fee charged at the counter at Walgreens for instance. The fee they charge is on top of that fee. Actually not only do they charge you a fee for reloading at a store but also they get a percentage of your money as fee when your money is direct deposited to your account! Daytime robbery!
Get a Chime Card, Simple. They don’t have monthly fees either. Besides you don’t pay a fee for reposing your card or while you spend it. At Moneypass ATM (all ATMs at 7 eleven) you don’t pay a dime to withdraw your money. Not to the ATM owner not to the card issuer.
As much as i dislike Green Dot, even they are better than this prepaid card. At least they don’t charge you these ridiculous feeds.

This bank is the worst bank ever,, and so is it's con artist workers .. My money was deposited three months in a row all these purches I never made. Fourth month they got ever cent in my account.... Even more they charge you for money being deposited and ever time you use your card,,pathedic as all... And OMG. . There so called dispute team.. you can't call them r write a letter.. can't even email these ghosts .. But even funnier is they think there untouchable. This bank is scum and they will take your money . !
I don't think that this card should even get a 1 star. My school downloaded my financial aid from my school to this card. They did it on Friday now I'm told that I can't get my money until Monday. This is bullshit. As soon as I draw the money off I'm cutting up the card.
I have sent several emq8ls and tried two different numbers daily. I am getting no response for any of it.
I was able to speak wi a representative once, and she told me that the only way to r4port the fraud was onLine. Between the website and the mobile app for iOS, there is no way to report charges.
at this point, it appears that the compqny is the one who is fraudulent.

There are far better options
