i ordered a free trial of nexacell wrinkle cream for 4.95. and 1.95 shipping and handling. when it came in the mail, i thought it was strange that there was not an invoice, or any way to order more if i liked it. i was checking my credit card acct, and found a charge for 89.85 that i did not recognize. i called capital one and they looked it up and told me it was face cream. she, as a three way call, called nexacell. i argued that i had, only ordered a free trial, and had not authorized the 89.85 charge. the woman from nexacell, offered to refund half the charge, i said no I never authorized the charge. she then offered to refund 75 percent. again, i said no... this charge was not authorized. I told her i was disputing the charge. she informed me that she would have to let corporate handle it on monday, and that if i disputed the charge i would not get any refund!
I purchased this cream on line months ago, maybe in March 2016. I just received another box of it and I have NOT opened it and am returning it to sender. I do not want to continue receiving their product. There is no available way I can get in touch with them.
The phone number listed on my account statement is no longer in service 8778702617, MD 21409 US
The information on my credit card statement says the company is in MD 21409, however, the box I received was from Santa Ana, CA.
Can you please help me get my money back and cancel this account???
I too have been scammed. Not only did I just want the free trial for $4.95, but them sent me 2 of the eye creams and 1 of the face cream. There was not a disclaimer on the online ad. When I went to the website to see it, it was 3 pages long! How ridiculous!
I tried speaking with someone named Natalie. She finally cancelled any future order. But refused to refund my money. She told me she would refund 35% of the price if I agreed not to contact my bank or Better Business Bureau. That is my legal right and should never have been a stipulation of even getting the 35% back. So I am out $269.85! I am a senior on Social Security. How rude and thoughtless this company is, especially Natalie. No one has the right to tell us we cannot contact BBB!
There was not a disclaimer when I ordered it as a FREE TRIAL, not was there anything about I would receive future shipments unless I contacted them in 14 days! I am very angry and wondering how to pay for my meds and rent.
I agreed to a shipping fee of $4.95 for a trial of the Nexacell anti wrinkle firming cream. When I ordered, it also prompted me to add the Asaptive Eye Complex for $6.95 shipping. Since receiving the product, I have been charged $89 6 times in the past month. So far, attempts to cancel these transactions have been unsuccessful. There is no way I will ever receive compensation for their scam. I was told that after I received the product, I had 10 days to cancel the subscription. I have not received any more of the product but yet again today my account was decided another $180.
Though I was receiving a free trial! I was shocked when my debit card was charged 89.00 dollars.. What a scam. Called company and they claimed I had given them permission to do this monthly by checking a box! What a lie! Don't deal with these people!
I too thought I was receiving a month's supply of this product- which smells moldy on my skin. Now I received two more month's worth of this Serum??? When I called to cancel and return the latest box, I was told it would not be accepted by them. As a senior
citizen this has really affected my budget. For anyone needing their no. it is 1-877-252-0180. GOOD LUCK!!!
