I purchased from Wal-Mart and they sent me the completely wrong laptop, offered me a $20 credit in exchange for keeping the current one. I don't even know if that's allowedThere obviously trying to do whatever so they can avoid having to pay for a return label (which is probably half of what the laptop cost). Reached out yesterday (called, voice-mail text) and nothing. If you don't have the laptop in the first place, don't advertise it as being in stock (false advertisement (ever heard) Long story short, I would NOT recommend to do business with them, and it's worth the $10-15 to purchase from another company.
