On 11/22/17 I ordered a remote for a Sanyo television. I was sent a different model with no directions or explanations to why, so I assumed they sent me the wrong remote. After I called them the next day they told me that my remote was no longer being manufactured and the remote they sent was conpatible. I tried the remote and it didn't work, they sent me a 2nd remote, and told me that if they both didn't work to send them back for a full refund. The second remote was received and didn't work, I called the following day and requested a return lable, I was told to just refuse the package. The post office wasn't going for their attempt to get the package sent back to them free of charge, so I called again to get a return address lable.
After receiving the label I mailed back both remotes and received a refund 12/22/17 for $21.90 which was $2.95 short of the full purchase price. I was told I would receive a full refund including the shipping and handling if neither remote worked.
So I called 12/27/17 inquiring about the missing $2.95 and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and tried to tell me that they weren't refunding my shipping and handling, and tried to tell me it was my television. I beging to tell her that I ordered the same replacement remote directly from Sanyo and it worked and I had purchased a universal remote and it worked as well, so I told her that I would file a complaint with the BBB she yelled at me and told me that the $2.95 was left off in error, and it was documented that a full refund would be issued. I received an email the same day that the $2.95 was going back on my card. This was the 1st and last time to give me a good impression and they FAILED
