Let me tell you something Mr. AKMAL NORMURATOV, Real Estate Agent, by showing a fast video at the speed of light, and hoping people don’t see all the damage in this apartment on 301 Oriental Ave, Apt 4F in Brooklyn, NY , does not work and also puts up the red flag, “why is he rushing through the video? What does he not want you to see?.” well you forgot, there is a pause button on these videos and we can stop and examine each section closely and look for damage.
The Walls ARE a mess, the wall opposite the shelving in the first room, (when I stop the video), looks like it’s swelling, that means either water leaks or the whole room has to be redone because the walls are slowly collapsing: heavy scraping, plastering, primers and several coats of high quality paint would be needed, (and hope there’s no leak under there or would run into even more expense), the interior of the closets look worn out-need paint/plaster, kitchen, bathroom a whole sh*tload of weird colors has to be redone, (only a retard would live in an apartment with those colors), and the plastering on the bathtub looks like a crap job; the floors in the bedroom looks like they have wood floors that are completly worn out you can see from your videos, (and it’s hard to see the other flooring in the other rooms, I’m guessing if the bedroom is worn out, they must be too and would have to be refinished); hallway looks like white, pink and blue? Has to be redone. You did not show the ceilings in the foyer, so who knows what else is wrong with that room. All the mirrors have to be removed in there, especially in the living room, it's making it impossible to put things on that wall including a tv set.
So when a whole apartment needs to be redone, remodled, repaired, renovated, this is what you call" a little paint and one light fixture" is what it needs???? ARE YOU STUPID?

(THE VIDEO IS NOT EVEN in THAT AD, just photos of rooms taken in vague lighting and with reflective sunlight coming through the windows, further making it impossible to see the defects), YOU’RE LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN THAT DOES NOT TELL THE BUYER, THE TRANSMISSION IS ALMOST FAILING.
