They sold me a used vehicle from auction. Before receiving vehicle asked to see the technicians used car inspection sheet that was done before car was put up for sale, they ended up doing an inspection the day after requested and was told over the phone an oil change had been done prior.
Had my oil change service today at a Honda dealership since my purchase and technician showed that drain plug was over tightened and had silicone around it to keep it from leaking costing $550.00 to have oil pan replaced.
The serpentine belt which broke within the first couple weeks of the delivery of the van, new mobility replaced the serpentine belt but neglected timing belt is which was also needed to be inspected at that time of break. Due to the neglect I have to pay another $1000 out of pocket for a new belt.
Car had no power steering before purchase was not inspected or noticed when car was delivered costing $330.00 to replace pump and reservoir.
Had several issues initially mechanically with the ramp and automatic door when I took possession of the vehicle May of 2016. Having it sent back upon delivery including not functioning properly during initial demonstration, being redelivered with a dead battery and had to go back to be replaced, and relays failing upon delivery. Had issue with window fuses blowing when multiple windows were rolled down and was told that you could not roll down multiple windows at the same time (even though Honda spent $300 million to test variable cam timing and that they wouldn't overlook rolling down windows.)
They my insurance for $21,000and another almost $9,000 out of me.
Looked them in the eyes multiple times before purchase telling frank I needed something reliable that would last me at least 7 years (because my insurance was locking me into a 7 modification contract) and that I am trusting them and was let down deeply. They are the kind of people that will look you in the soul and lie to your face.
Overall experience is that they took advantage of a girl in a wheel chair.
