Then he proceeded to ask me to try the product. I refused, stating that it has caffeine and that I cannot have caffeine. The rep continued to badger me when I told him I wanted a refund. After nearly an hour on the phone, where he insulted my intelligence for ordering it in the first place, he finally consented to refund my payment.
