I called this company because my daughter locked her car keys in the trunk of car. Ivan said it would be $15 service charge and then $35.00 to unlock.
My daughter called to tell me they charged her $149.00. She paid with a credit card because she just wanted to get it over with.
I called Ivan back and he kept putting me on hold and said he needed to talk to his supervisor and would call me back in half an hour. I had to call him back again to be put on hold indefiinately and then someone hung up on me.
I tried calling again but was just put on hold as soon as they answer the phone.
