I was attracted with this generous free order offer plus free shipping and I filled up the form where I put my name and address.
After a few days I received the small New Balance bottle. Then after some days I was charged for $4.94. I was surprised when I was again charged for $89.97. I was ripped off by this company and I learned to be more careful with such promo.
I never authorized them to use my credit card as I was only interested with the free offer.
I thought this was a great $4.95 price for a sample as well. I ordered and got error that card had already been used. Then tons and tons of phone calls asking me for another card for payment. I said "no thanks. I don't want the product if u already have my card unknowingly used." Then I see the $4.95 charge but no product for days..then 10 days later a man in another subdivision knocks on my door with a box. BUT....4 days later a charge for $89.95 also goes through. Called number in box. Talked to Carlos #246 ..he can authorize a $30 refund. No, I prefer a $89.95 refund. He tries to send me to a supervisor 3 times. Doesn't work! Says he has to hang up and does so. OMG!!!
New Brillance Advertisement is totally misleading. I ordered the special trial for $4.95 plus shipping and handling. They took off 4.95 plus 4.99. A few days laster, there was another $24.95 taken from my card. A week and a half later I received (3) products but not information was in the box. 3 days after that, they took $89.95 from my card. I a furious as I called them to ask why I got all these charges. I only wanted the sample bottle. They told me I ordered all that (which I did not) and the return policy is from the day you process the order! How can you trial and order when you only receive it a couple of days before you cannot return it. This is a scam and calling these people is even crazier. Do not buy this product!
