Stay away from this company. They will offer you a trial product for free charging shipping and handling only and before you know it they will take money from your credit or bank account. Perfectly legit, as they claim you were told about it. It is a shame that the post office allows this as they use the US mail. It is a scam and they actually robbing your money.
This co is a scam. I ordered the product for results and didn't see the benefits. I paid for the shipping and handling and they insist for me to return the trial sample in order to avoid being charged $180.00. That's why they charge for the trial! The cs rep named Marcel Smith #143 was very rude, disrespectful and very condescending to me. I asked for another rep to assist and was refused my request. Some of the comments to me included " are you serious", and " do you understand English? " when I asked for a spelling of his name. There were no terms and conditions on the link I connected to. Nothing is on the invoice including no website link. I will send back empty bottle and called the cr card co to block any future orders. This is the kind of co that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and makes it hard for any reputable co to sell a quality product. Don't do it!
If you order a sample of their skin care product there is NO verbiage whatsoever that states you are entering an automatic shipping contract, or that states the amount you will be liable for with the automatic shipment. There is NO FINE PRINT anywhere on the ordering website. The order as stated is solely for a sample purchase ... until you get your order confirmation email - then you are told that you are in a 14 day trial - but again there is still NO VERBIAGE that states you have entered into an automatic shipment contract, or what the terms of that contract are. I am forwarding my order info to the Arizona attorney generals office. All contracts must be stated up front. I called and cancelled my order immediately after talking to them. DO NOT order from this company.
Sample item sent 1/10/18 billed $6.97. Packing list states "Please call us Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Pacific time US at 1-800-640-3456 or Email us at [email protected]" The next line states "In order to find out how the trial works or to cancel this trial please call Customer Service within the 14 day trial period. Since it was after hours, I sent an email cancelling my order on 01/15/18 and did not receive a receive a response. Forgot about it until three days after, no response from New Age therefore resent an email to customer service on 01/18/18 and never received a response. When I looked over my charge card statement, I was charged from New Age for $79.31 on 01/25/18. I sent a dispute to my bank and will forward my documentation to them and CALL new age tomorrow.
Ordered "pay postage"only item and was charges a total of $156 for 2 additional shipments that were not authorized or ordered. Itens were promptly returned with return codes supplied by New Age. New age claims they did not receive both of the returned items and have only"processed" a refund for $69 which has not yet been received. This company stole funds from me and so far have not refunded the appropriate amount ($156). RipOff artists for sure.
I ordered on-line the New Age Skin care product. After 12 days I receive an email saying it was time for renewal of product in 2 days. I called the company and told them to cancel as I did not want the product. I was told I would have to pay $19.95 for the trial product. I told them no as I did not agree to this to be informed I had checked a box agreeing to this. I did not agree to this and I did not check a box, I don't think. The man was rude and arrogrant and said I would paid for the profit. This is such a rip off and so very wrong. Sure hope this is investigated as this should not happen to anyone.
I ordered this luminous skin creme. Since I didn't reply the I DIDN'T want another offered product they charged me an additional 5.99 shipping and handling. NO WHERE ON WEBSITE did it state about it being an auto ship deal. ..I checked. My credit card was hammered with 2 $89.99 charges. Can’t locate the website now to cancel. Haven't received anymore product either. Customer service is non exsistant. Checking now what credit card company can do. There was no info on packing slips.
First, I'm tired. Spent all day TROUBLE SHOOTING how to get Someone to pick up phone to CANCEL this Order. I just wanted to spend about 12 bucks & SEE if these products Worked. Instead, I ended UP in hospital diagnosed with CHRONIC PAIN SYNDROME! I DIDN'T Know PKGS arrived or when SINCE I only get MY mail once or twice per week...it Hurt's entire body to walk now. I only get a Helper 2 X's per week for 3 hours. When I got HOME, IT WAS time to GET this taken CARE of. I Do NOT need $$ taken from MY BANK account. So please Stop STOP THIS now!
