New Age Amphibians Reviews
Hailee Malo / www.newageamphibians.llc saw that I got scammed by Reptile City in a Facebook salamander group chat so he sends me multiple messages on Messenger from 2 different Facebook accounts saying that he feels bad for me and then lures me in by sending me 3 pictures on Messenger of the exact tiger salamander that he would send me and then ships me a completely different one! He's a real man of his word.
A 10-year-old child can tell that they have completely different spot patterns. Also, he knew that I wanted one with a lot of yellow in it so he said he specifically saved her for me and shows me pics of a bright yellow one. The yellow spots on the one he sent me is much drabber compared to the brighter one he showed me pics of that he said he was going to send me. After SHOWING HIM his error with a picture of what he sent me, PROVING that it was a different salamander, he was completely in denial and then tells me I should spend an additional $50 to send it back when it was HIS OWN error!
Imagine spending another $50 which equals $145 in total, only to receive a refund of $45 (the price of the salamander) and lose $100 in shipping costs! That is NOT the proper way to conduct business with people. This loser kid tricked me and now he's going to be exposed around the entire internet. What goes around comes around!
