Frank rumbauskas is the author of "never cold call again." as part of his presence on the internet, he also sells a "system" for $97 which ostensibly elaborates on the principles espoused by "never cold call again." except that there's nothing in his so called system that can't be found on the internet for free. Rumbauskas has done what many internet "entrepreneurs" do: employ dan kennedy-style hyperbole to sell something worth ten dollars for ten times as much. Of course, he offers a money back guarantee if only you will return the product in the prescribed manner. Except that you will never see your money again! the return process is convoluted. He will deny he received the product back. His so called "customer service" will wrap you around the axle with automated responses that lead nowhere. There is no phone number to call. His "company" doesn't respond to emails. Frank rumbauskas is a total, utter, unmitigaged rip-off!! do not--i repeat do not--give frank rumbauskas your credit card or anything else personal about yourself! i could have saved myself a hundred bucks. Ah, well...I told myself, "if the worst thing that ever happens to you is you lose a hundred bucks to an internet scam artist, you will have lived a charmed life.
Right you are! I cannot believe Frank is still peddling his crap! His point could be made within two or three typewritten pages. Frank is the king of bullshitters. Perfect profile for a used Cadillac salesman or maybe a snake oil salesman.
I am in sales and have received an email daily from the nevercoldcall.com website. The reviews were good and I my interest was piqued. I decided to “invest” in myself with this program designed for sales professionals like myself.
So I plugged in the gift card info and clicked the purchase button. To my surprise I received an error message stating that the transaction could not be processed or verified. So I plugged in a different credit card and the same message came up. I figured the site was down. I sent in a trouble ticket asking to purchase the system over the phone. A couple days went by and I attempted to use my gift card at the grocery store and it was declined. Now I thought there was an issue with the gift card. I checked the balance and there was only $3 on it. I’ve since attempted to email and call the vendor. Support via email is nonresponsive and the phone number (which I had to search or on the internet) simply states that in order to reach support that I must email or open a trouble ticket.
So I've contacted the giftcard company who promised to return my money once the claim has been processed. I would warn anyone if it sounds too good to be true then it is. This guy looks like a crooked con artist on his LinkedIn page found here: linkedin.com/in/frankrumbauskas.
Feel free to email him or contact him here to complain:
Company: FJR ADVISORS, INC. (FRANK RUMBAUSKAS)
Address: 5930 ROYAL LN. SUITE E-363 DALLAS TX 75230 US
I have yet to recieve my merchandise and do not have any hopes of reading Frank's material. As far as I'm concerned all of his claims are fabricated and he's the biggest liar on the Web.
Save yourself the pain and aggrivation of doing business with this guy. I've wasted precious time contacting the company for a refund or the product. wasted time contacting the giftcard company, wasted time filling out a dispute form and emailing it, and wasted more time writing this complaint so others would be spared.
I have purchased products from this company before and have had good reuslts. However not this time. I purchased Frank's Linked Lead Machine, It consists of several modules. The first two worked fine. After the first two, messages that the modules would be available in 9 hours or 3 days popped up. When the time limit passed, a new and similar message arrived. This has gone on for more than a month. After about 10 requests asking what is going on I have had two automated replys and no follow up. Very poor company to work with. I would avoid them. They had a loyal customer, now I am done with them.
