After agreeing to a 14 day trial period, only paying shipping & handling on two of their products, I was unable to contact the number provided to cancel (A recording kept saying it was out of service, at the time, curiously enough ?). I attempted to reach them for several days and was promptly charged $89.95. I figured it was for the next shipment. It was not! I was back charged for the "free" shipment.

I'd just like to make others aware of this as the advertisement was NOT clear on the procedures and polocies of this company. In addition to this, thy're outsourcing customer service lines to a foreign country (I believe to be India) and calling this line gets you NOWHERE.

Neuro XR purveyors sell memory aid and sleep aid for $4.95 shipping cost only and then later charge your credit card $89 and $79 respectively.

Ordered free trial for shipping cost only. Two weeks later, they took $89.74 from my bank account. I did not authorize this. Called phone number on bottle and they offered 50% return of my money, stating that everything was listed on the website and I agreed to it. Told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor and then he came back and offered 70% return of my money. The only way to get 100% is to return bottles, which takes more time for a refund. This is wrong.. They stole from me.

After using my bank card on line and paying only shipping for a medicinal supplement (that doesn'r work), I also received an UNORDERED additional sleep supplement about a week prior to receiving the medicinal supplement.

I thought it was a free sample but much to my surprise, at the end of the month my bank acount was charged $39.98 for the sleep supplement (that also doesn't work). Intrestingly, the billing was to a company named differently that Neuroxr (I will add an attached screen shot).

Remembering the "free sample," I called Neuroxr (they have a 24/7 customer service line 1-844-893-4640) and inquired about the billing. They (outsourced to India?) said they had billed me (they were very effecient in finding this information) and that I would be billed monthly for the sleep supplement (but not the medical supplement - we shall see) but I could cancel the monthly billing by returning the sleep supplement; and they gave me an RMA # to do so.

However, they would not refund the $39.98.

I will call my bank tomorrow (BofA) and make a "stop payment" to Neuroxr, for which they will charge me $30.00 but at least Neuroxr will not get that extra $9.98.

I'm pretty computer saavy and know how to watch out for scammers, but THESE PEOPLE ARE SLICK. Do not have anything to do with them. Their products do not work and they will make you pay through the nose. At least I wasn't charged hundreds of dollars like some of the people I read reports from.

This company Rapid Fullfillment offered a sample of product being sold Neuroxr for $4.95 no other charges were implied ...there was no fine print saying the product was ongoing or that they would be billing my charge card for 89.78 per month after initial sample. I have now been billed twice and have tried until today unsuccessfully to get in touch with them. The man I talked to said after 14 days if you didn't cancel (this was no where on sample sight) you would be billed 79.95 for first bottle then 89.78 therafter. I have been trying to get a hold of these people since the second bag arrived at my house and I knew I had not ordered any ongoing products. I knew then something was up and started calling but no one would answer the phone and the email would not go through. Today the man said he could not offer anything but 19.97 back as I never cancelled the product. I told him I never ordered an ongoing product and there was no where on website saying it was an ongoing billing product...then he said he would offer me 50% back...I again said NO...I wanted a full refund that I was reporting them to the mail fraud unit and to all other fraudulent websites. He then said he would return 19.97 of May shipment but I would have to eat the 79.97 because I didn't cancel...how can you cancel something when you didn't order something to cancel but when you try to calll and find out what the problem is the people will not answer the phone or email? He finally said he would reimburse me the 89.78 for June and 19.97 for May but he would not reimburse the 79.95....This is not right and I still have to call my bank to verify if the person actualy did reimburse my account. This company Rapid Fullfillment Center is nothing but a rip off and something needs to be done about places like these that scam people into thinking they are only wanting them to tes their prodeuct...not buy it...I can get meds from my doctor cheaper than this crap online...Never again...Please shut this company down...
