These people are Scammers. I want others to know so they do not get scammed by them. I ordered a free trial of a bottle of pills for shipping and handling of $4.95. I never received a reseipt for what I bought and the website said clearly that i would receive an email of my purchase. I waited for 4 days. I called the company the first time and was told there systems were down and that I could not cancel my order and would have to call back the nect day.
I did call back the next day and told them I never received a receipt and I pegged them as a scam outfit. So I told them I wanted my money back and to cancel any further shipments of their product. They said it takes 5 days to receive a receipt and I told them that was garbage.
I told them what their website said that I could call and cancel within the 14 days to cancel the shipments. They acknowledged that and told me i would have to return the bottle that they took the $4.95 out for cause that was just for shipping and handling and not for the free trial. I was suppose to pay $95 dollars to them to keep that bottle. I informed them that I have not received any product So I cannot return any.
They then told me that they had a tracking number of the first bottle I was suppose to get for free and they will call and cancel that. I asked them about the $4.95 I already paid for that bottle that was suppose to be free for paying the shipping and handling, and they told me that was from a third party and was out of their control and since it was for shipping and handling they are not responsible.
So I told them they are not honoring the words on their website. They just kept telling me that it was from a third party. So something is not right with the free trial website and the cancellation policy for this product.
I am planning to contact my bank about the $4.95 that they took out of my account so that I may get a refund and have them investigate it. I am expecting no further shipments or money taken out but then I do not know if that will be correct because they refused to cancel my free trial and then they told me they would so it is all too conflictive for me to determine the truth. I spoke to 3 different men from India. I was passed off to them one by one before I got disgusted and hung up when they put me on hold for the third time.
This all transpired for over an hour and by that time I was so upset I was livid.
Thank you and I am hoping that this kind of treatment to Americans can stop from these overseas scam companies.

Received special offer for free introductory bottle of NeuroXR to include postage costs only of under $5.00. The product was never received. I had given them my credit card number and just discovered a charge from NeuroRX for TWO products totaling $89.78 and $79.97 = $169.97.
Their advertisement appears to have been designed so that a copy could not be printed of their advertisement or any purchase via computer and the reciept for my order was never sent to my computer.
It appears that their ad is mostly designed to obtain your credit card information so that they can make illegal charges to it. I phoned last week asking when the advertised free product would be received. They told me that it had been sent out but another would be sent - which I still have not received. When I looked up the credit card charge today I discovered that they had not charged the simple under $5.00 postage costs the credit card was authorized for,but had in fact billed an unauthorized total of $169.97 for products never received.
I will phone them again shortly to question their unauthorized credit card charges, again ask about the still not received product, and advise them that my credit card provider will be advised of the unauthorized charges with a freeze on it's payment.
So far this appears to be one of the worst and most blatantly dishonest scams.
They provided false advertisement on the web site. They also stole money out of my bank account and refused to reimberse me even if I returned the product. It was one hundred percent money back and then refused to refund. They also would not provide me with a receipt.
Ordered Neuro XR off a Facebook add it was a free month trail only pay shipping $5. After 2 weeks my bank was charged $79.99. Called the number on bottle seeing how I never got email confirmation and there is no website to be found for them or a way to stop trail and they said I could only get 50% of my money back and I had to mail back the bottle. I was told my account wpuld be charge another $79.99 in 11 hours for a bottle of Neuro XR sleep. ( a bottle I didn't order) while check out for original trail they added to sleep XR to it with no way to order or take it off.. So now I'm out $80 for a trail that didn't even last half of what was advertised
Saw ads all over facebook and twitter for this "brain enhancing limitless pill" after doing research and reading other Outscam i quickly realized i had made a mistake. I immediately called back Less than an hour after ordering) to cancel - the 14 day free trial starts as soon as you place your order by the way- and takes a week to receive. The representative insisted that i keep the product and if i didn't like it could return for free and not be charged anything. I said okay and we ended the call. I called back first thing the next morning to cancel because the other Outscam state that they were charged the $89.95 upon delivery and also because my trial would already be halfway over upon receiving the product. The said they would extend my trial period to 30 days risk free and i accepted. An hour later i called back and told them i don't want to be persuaded and to just cancel my account and do not charge my card or ship the product, the representative put me on a brief hold to check with his supervisor and confirmed that the items had not yet been shipped and that they would cancel the order. They were not able to provide email or any sort of verifications for any of this - not te cancellation, the original order, shipping or anything. So i check my bank account last night and i was not only charged the $4.95 shipping once but two separate times !! i called with the dispute department from my bank and the neuro xr rep said that the productS) have already been shipped and that i ordered two separate products !!!!!! they refused to give a cancellation number to my banker or an rma number but told me to reject the package when it comes. Yeah right. So now i will be paying return shipping because i do not trust this company to actually be honest about receiving the return package and has just been a big hassle and headache !!!!! do not waste your time or money with rhis company ! do your research and shop elsewhere.
On Twitter news site had article to order free trial just pay shipping. This was on mobile so only area to put your credit card info, no verbiage or email info. Received bottle yesterday my bank account charged $89.79 today. The address on invoice had no phone #. Googled address and found #. A guy answered. It's a virtual office building in mountain. They do not ship anything. Their clients remain secret. So person could be anywhere. Do not give your info if prompted for free trial. I filed a complaint with government. My bank said I have to file a dispute after transaction goes through. I can't pay my rent now! I want these virtual places closed down.
