I went to a seminar on the health benefits of a far infared laser pad. Then paid $30.00 to have a salesman come to my house and demonstrate the product. I paid $900.00 for the pad with a guarantee that if it didn't work, I would get my money back.

I used the laser pad twice a day for over 6 months and got no relief, so I contacted Neuro Revive. After getting the run-around for weeks, I was asked to return the pad and they would make a decision if they would issue a refund. I sent the pad and a cheap foot vibrater that they had sent me back.

I just received the pad and foot vibrater back yesterday (1/27/2018). It came back "Return to Sender" by the Post Office.

Purchased a system to cure neuropathy as advertised by the company and as presented in a seminar. Signed contract and paid $3500 with a promise of full refund if neuropathy wasn't cured after 4 months. After first initial contact, no contact was made by the company as promised, despite my calling and emailing them. However, I used the product faithfully every day. Finally, after a couple months, contact was made and I continued to use the product for a total of 6 months. I asked for a refund which was refused based on the fact that they claimed they tried to reach me during the first few weeks but I never called them back. My telephone records show one initial contact by them and then nothing for a couple of months. After sending them proof and emailing them, they have never responded. So, they took my money and ran. I also provided all this information to the Better Business Bureau.

After researching on the web, apparently there are many dissatisfied customers who also never received a refund as promised. Hopefully, a class action suit can be brought against this company.

They try to sell people a machine that Magically cures chronic nerve disease with lights on an LED panel. They have a "Dr." make a personal visit to the homes of elderly disabled people, and coerce then into signing a contract for this worthless piece of "medical Equipment" Once you have signed the contract, they take a $2000 payment, and sign you up for continuing payments. If the victim gets wise, and tries to cancel the contract, they have them return the device, with the understanding that their money will be refunded. Once they get their device back, they tell them they won't be getting a refund, which leaves their victim out a minimum of $2000, AND they have their device back to sell to their next victim.

It is time for people to get together and pursue legal action

Rip-off, rip-off, rip-off

We purchased a unit due to me having pain issues due to rheumatoid disease as well as fibromyalgia. We had attended a seminar and had a representative come out to our house to talk further. We were assured "IF" the unit didn't produce results we could return it with a money back guarantee. Well in reading all the above, we all experienced similar issues with the company. I've done a search on-line and these guys (Corey Henderson and Kevin Brown) are scam artists. They set up businesses for a temporary amount of time, then file bankrupcy (so we can't file a class action suit) and leave for another community to do the same. They change out the names of their company as well. We filed a review with Seniors Againest Crime in our area as well as with our state's attorney....but they couldn't offer us much hope. These guys need to go to prison for bilking people of their money and offering false promises.

Mine is the same story as all the others on this page. We need to get the word out. Neuro Revive has closed their business but they owe many people tens of thousands of dollars and have scammed an unknown number of people. Mostly seniors with pain. Please tell your story to WINKnews reporter Allison Gormly at [email protected] or call her at 239-344-5060.

Did not check my medical report given them. $3000.00 equipment didnt work. Would not refund me money as guaranteed. Financial mistakes overcharged me

This company, Neuro Revive", sold me an In-home set of lights and offered a 100% money back guarantee IF the product was used properly. The slaesman stated, "“What do you have to loose? We have a 100% money back guarantee and you just may have a lot to gain by getting off the meds for your Hypersensitive Small Nerve Damage Neuropathy!”

I used the program so faithfully, EVERY DAY for months and was not even able to get off even 100 mgs of my Gabapentin. I knew I had to give 100% dedication to doing the lights, doing the vibration machine, taking the supplements, watching my diet, and doing the exercises outined in the manual. And I did give it 100%. They have a Dr. call every few days at first, then backed off to once a week, then every 2 weeks. Then to just "whenever" they wanted to call or not." They continued to change the Dr's around so I didn't even know who I was supposed to be talking to after awhile.

When I felt it was just not doing any good and only taking up about 1 1/2 to 3 hours of my day doing the "treatments", I asked them what I needed to do to send them back for a refund. They balked at even sending me the information to request a refund. Then, I received a letter of denial stating two reasons for denial:

The first, that I did not return the call from the Dr. on September 19th, 2017. One week, they called and I was in ICU/Isolation with my folks and I was unable to return their call so told them what happeded when they called next. Nothing else was said about it.

The other reason stated was that I had said on July 13th, 2017 that “daytime skin sensitivities are improved”

This was what was really going on and it was noted by the Dr I was assigned to at the moment:

I was having an allergic reaction to something and my medical Dr’s felt it was something I was taking. When I told them what meds I was taking…a supplement given to me by you and my Gabapentin, they suggested I find out what is in the supplement for they felt it was not the Gabapentin. I told them I had been on the supplement for several months but the extreme itching, like I was being stung by ants all over my body, had just started a few weeks earlier and by then, it went on day and night. It was driving me crazy and the itching was actually causing bleeding to my skin. I asked the Dr. from you office that called me next what was in the supplement and could it be causing a reaction? He said he doubted it but just to be sure, quit taking it, that it might even take over a week to get it out of my system so we could really tell. This is not a new situation for me for I have been on several different supplements over the years and developed sensitivities to them. About a week and half later, the itching just stopped. When I told your Dr., he recommended I not take anymore. That was what the discussion about the sensitivity being better was about, not my neuropathy! I even asked the Dr. if I could send back the unopened bottle of supplement since I was not going to be taking it anymore. I realize I am highly sensitive to many medicines and can’t take many but I don’t feel that is fair to me to use this situation against me. I didn’t even get off them like my medical Dr’s suggested until I discussed it with your Dr and asked his permission… I was very dedicated to following all the rules and the protocol of their company.

When I received that letter of denial, I called the company and was told the only thing I could do was write a letter to the "Board of Directors" and that they would decide if I should get a refund or not. They would not give me any names of the "Board" and after over a month and a half, I still have not heard back from them.

This is an expensive program... it cost $3,995 but they gave me a AARP discount making it $2,995... still very costly.

They seem to prey on seniors since it is seniors that have the most neuropathy pain. At one point when I told them it was not working, they told me to do the lights every morning (1 1/2 hours and then another 1 1/2 hours in the evening) When I told them I am still working 8-10 hours a day and don't have that much time, his response was, "Oh, I guess not... most of our patients are seniors and have all the time in the world to try to get better."

Sadly, most seniors are on a fixed income and this is a large chunk of funds. Also, most don't even know what steps they should take to get the word out to others NOT to paricipate in this program, that it is really an expensive rip off to line their pockets. I am upset about my $3,000 but anything I can do to help others to not loose their's I want to.

I went to a seminar on how this space aged technique worked wonders on neuropathy.A doctor supposedly described how this new amazing processed worked and there was a 100 percent money back guaranteed back if you used this light machine and followed a doctor's advice, who would call evert 2 weeks.I did it for 4 months, took the pills they supplied, talked to a doctor every 2 weeks, did the time frame of lights, did the diet, did the exercises religiously, only for not a bit of comfort. When I contacted them after a little more than 4 months of use, they asked me to return the lights so the could determine the amount of usage of lights.A few weeks go by and I get a written response that said because I had used the lights for medium to heavy use they could not give a refund.Makes no sense.

In may 2017 purchased their in home neurorevive light system to alliviate the numb feeling in my legs.I used the systems under the guidance of their md who contacted me every wednesday.A coiuple of weeks into the treatment i advised the dr. That the support formula pills were not agreeing with me.Dr. Advised me to discontinue use. I did. A few days later my feet became very irritaded as i continued using the system. I had mentioned to the dr that i suffered from gout.) dr. Advised me to cut back on exposure time. I did. A few days later the irritation became so bad i was unable to walk.Dr told me he had seen a few cases with the seme problem. At that point i requested a refund from the company. I received a letter thsat due to the improvements to my legs i was not eligible for a refund.Their letter did not mention the negatives i had experienced.

I feel that the negatives should overwrite the temporary improvements to my legs. I have sent a certified letter,it appears that the letter was ignored."no autorized receiver available"it appears that the company decided not to pay any attention to my requests.I wouild like to see folks who had issues with this company to band together and purssue legal action.

We purchased the laser devices and program in March, 2017. After four+ months of use following the instructions, we made contact with their office and requested a refund upon return of the equipment. After several weeks of attempting to receive any answer to our request, we received a letter from their Office Manager, Brenda, indicating we did not qualify for a refund due to non-compliance with their terms. I assured her by telephone we followed the procedures as instructed. I have not heard from her, or the organization at all.

My husband signed up for the Neuro Revive program (equipment, phone couselling, and supplements). He passed away 13 days later. He had not used the equipment, had one telephone call. and opened one (of 2) bottles of supplements and taken 2 or 3. The remianing 10 bottles were to be sent. I contacted the company a week after he died and they "acted like no one had ever died before." Initially VISA had put the transaction on hold, but recently advised that they were rebilling me. At VISA's urging I sent back all the equipment, manuals and supplements.

Neuro Revive has not offerred anything in the way of an adjustment. I offerred up to a 20% restocking fee and they have not made any kind of counter offer. They continue to say that we did not fulfil the agreement because my husband did not use the equipment for the required 4 months. They won't consider that the reason was his death. Such callous disregard to their clients sends out a message about how they deal with all of their clients. Buyer Beware!

Neuro Reviive sells home therapies consisting (supposedly) of three parts: heat pads, coaching, and supplements. The

coaching is worthless - the heat pads may be helpfull - I don't know about the supplements, because they did not send

them to me as specified by the contract.

After many requests to them to send supplements, they said they would come each month. This has not happened now for

four months, so I now realize I have been ripped off. I really thought I was smarter than this, but I certainly was not in this case.

I tried to get help from my credit card company. Neuro Revive replied to the complaint with five lies - including evan

forging my initials. The credit card company found in Neuro Revives favour. I don't know how to overcome lies, or it

may just be that it was easier for the credit card company to fine in their favour.

So, watch Neuro Revive carefully - they can not be trusted.

I purchased a medical light treatment from the above listed company. I did not get any relief yet when I asked for the refund I have gotten nothing but a run-around from a "Dr. Kevin Brown" Now he is saying the system I sent back was not in good condtion, which is not true. Then he said one was not even taken out of the package, which is not true. I used both units as instructed. I spent $4100. on the product and have not received one penny back. In the terms of the condition it states if your not 100% satisfied you can get a refund. The comments he made about the unit do not even apply to the units I returned and I told him he must be looking at someone else's, no respond from him. I am a widow living on SS and this is a real hardship on me.
