Me and my wife attended a seminar about their light therapy treatment and it sounded like a good system. We had the guy come to our house and show us the system and he made it sound like it was a really good product and told us that if we used it like we were told and worked with the coach that if it did not help we could get a full refund.
I followed the program faithfully everyday and spoke with the coach everytime he called. After 4 months of using the devices I told them that I would like to return the product and get a refund. I was contacted by someone who said that they were starting the paperwork and that is the last time I have heard from anyone. I have tried calling the salesman and he told me that he no longer works for the company and has no idea how to reach the company.
I have tried numerous times to reach the company and have left messages but have never received a call back. I sent a registered letter to the company and was able to look on line and see that it was received at the address by reception but still have not received any contact. Wish I would have research this company more before giving them my money.

AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF CLOSELY FOLLOWING THEIR PLAN AND THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ASSIGNED COACH THERE WAS NOT ANY IMPROVEMENT. WE DECIDED TO RETURN THE DEVICE PER THEIR WRITTEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND WERE GIVEN A CONTACT TO CALL TO ARRANGE FOR RETURN BY THE ASSIGNED COACH. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS INDIVIDUAL AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES, NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR CALLS TO THIS DAY. I GUESS WE SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE AGREEING TO GIVE THEM $3000 UP FRONT FOR THIS DEVICE WITH THE HOPES OF IT HELPING US. FURTHER MORE IT SEEMS THAT THEY INTEND TO STONEWALL OUR REQUEST TO RETURN AND NOT REFUND OUR MONEY UNTIL THE YEAR LIMIT RUNS OUT.
