This company advertised free trial samples of skin care product, with the customer only having to pay shipping. I order and authorized the shiping cost only. I never received the product. In reviewing my credit card statment dated January 9th, due on February 8th, my card was assessed two shipping charges of $4.71 and $3.86 on 12/10 and then subsequently charged $88.62 and $89.84 on 12/24 and 12/25.
I have yet to receive the sample product nor any statment or phone call from the company regarding the product. I called the company to explain that charges and the fact that I never received the product and was told that it's not their fault that I didn't receive the product and at this point all they will send me is a free sample. A free sample that I have been chaged almost $200.00 for. Please help me! I am now dealing with my bank about the charges.
This is a total scam. They send you a trial product that they claim does miracles for your skin. The product does nothing. I was told in the small print it signs you up for an automatic shipment if you dont cancel in the first 2 weeks. Then they ship you a full size and charge your card 85.00!! When I called to return the item this girl was very rude and trained to make it so you can not return the product. She came right out and said it will circle in the mail and come right back to me, you cant fight it because of the small print when I ordered trial and when I told her it broke my skin out she said it was a trial product so there was nothing I could do, trials you cant file complaints. They have every answer for every question so you are stuck with this bottle of useless crap!! Do not order this, its a total scam!
Ask to talk to a manager. They can give you at least a 50% refund on your product (they did for me). Make sure to report to the BBB and your attorney general.
I ordered a trial offer for $3.86 on 12/13/2016, which I paid. Sample product arrived 12/16/2016 but I did not see product until 12/18/2016 because I was not home. Opened and tried product on 12/19/2016 but did not see an benefit after a week. I called company on 12/26/2016 to cancel but was told I cannot cancel because I was too late with my cancellation. This is a rip-off as all honest company allow consumers to try their product. It is a trap!
