Neulift skin company offered free trial eye serum and soonest I try to order it they keep adding other product and I called them to cancel it they offered free trial for only cost of shipping and handling fee of 4.95 and 5.95$ without mentioning they would charge automatically in 14 days 85.95$ and 89.95$ for each 0.5 oz of sample sized cream they offered free in first place. I wasn't aware of paying 190.80$ for 2 of 0.5 oz samples. I called to customer service and they refuse to return product and refund my money. It's true scam.

On and about 09/09/2017 this company NeuLiftSkinCrean 16027 Brookhurst St Suite #402 Fountain Valley CA 92708-1551 known on internet as Skin Renew Line 8886077941. NV enticed readers like me to try out their product for $4.95. I paid the amount by credit card to try it out. On and about 09/13/2017 without my knowledge, they charged on my credit card the amount of $63.58 thru Amazon.com . AMZN.COM/BILL WA. I did NOT order it and did NOT receive any product., and I was UNABLE to contact them.

I ordered a trial of the Neulift eye serum and anti-aging cream for 5.95 and 4.95. It was advertised as FREE. You were only requred to pay the shipping and handling. It came in a box with no receipt or paperwork of any kind. Two weeks later I was charged $85.95 and $89.95 on my debit it card respectively. When I called to cancel, they offered a discount of 30% then 50%. I refused all the discounts and wanted the money refunded and they refused.

I asked for a supervisor at customer support. She also said no to my request and informed me that the bottles I received was the actual product. I believe this offer came through on a CVS site so I thought it was legimate but apparently it was not!! I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office and the U.S. Attorney General's office, but BUYER BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.

I ordered a trial of the New Lift skin cream for 5.95 " mailing charges onley". without my ordering any further merchendise they kept mailing me the jars of the skin cream & charged me 89.95. After a heated argument with the girl at customer service desk " Sherika" agreed for 50% discount instead of full refund. This is an outright fraud. I hope the Better Buisness Buero will see this & prevent this company from riping off other inoscent customers.

Order and paid for samples not realizing I was auto enrolled in a 30 days supply at $89.95. Used the samples for a week. Cancelled the entire thing two weeks to the day on Saturday. There were two charges on my bank account, $85.95 and $89.95. I called Neulift to find out what's going on. After telling them I did not want the product and I would like a refund, there response was no. No? They said I did. It cancel during the 14 day trial period. After looking at my bank statement showing when I ordered the product and my email at the order confirmation, I realized ghat I ordered the products exactly two weeks ago. I called Neulift back and requested a refund again based on what the first person at their company told me. They again refused to refund my money.

I was reading news regarding HGTV host Joanna Gaine's is leaving her tv program to persuit her dream anti-aging skin products, she wants to give free products to her customer, customer just pay shipping. I paid shipping July 28, and received few days later, I was notified by credit card company that I were charged $85.95 and $89.95. When I called the company, I was told unable to return products. I did not see any terms and conditions when I filled pop up order in July 28.

Ordered trial then called soon within day or two after to verify it was not an autoshipment or anything additional then trial price. All hidden fineprint and terms was denied and I was told nothing else would be charged. Cancellation faked and denied. Instead of 12$ they are billing $89 $85 $90 $91 plus trial was paid. Hung up on me without offering cancellation # which Discover wanted. Ingredients too small to be legible. Unknown brand name. Rebranded? Do not do business with them! Not opened but do not take returns.

I was charged 35 bucks and 89 bucks for I don't no what but it was takin out of my card and they said it was non refundable. I thought it was unfair if I didn't make no order then to keep charging my card without permission .

I ordered a trial sample to be charged s&h only they immediately charged my account $89.95 and $85.95. They refuse to return my monry. Now today they sent a package to my high school son and charged my account again twice. This is a scam and straight robbery!

trial period shortened by a day, hence withdrew $89.95 plus $85.95. you place an order on a day, is there not 24hrs in a day? So why not be given the adequate amount of time for a day. Which is 24 hrs = 1 full day. Ok not according to them for you should have up to the minute prior to your original order time to cancel, how do you count the day you order as initially day one when one day equals 24 hours so fourteen days later is 336 hours from the date and time you order. what nonsense. Then have nerve to offer me a 60 extension on all new orders so I can speak to a dr about the hives I now have since using product.

Do not get this is a scam and listen to no reasoning. Even when charged an extra charge for shipping and handeling that you had no idea about.

Do not use their product, over hype, not worth it, definately not worth the cost. Karma.

I was trying to access progressive.com and was redirected to a Progressive survey with an offer for a free gift. This "gift" turned out to be an offer for Neulift skin cream for free (plus shipping).... Only after signing up were the "terms" presented. Turned out this was a subscription to receive the product every month for $94.00 each month.

I immediately called and demanded cancellation and a refund of the shipping costs that already appeared on my credit card. I did get a confirmation to cancel. However, I was told the shipping fees will be kept for "restocking fees". Since I called within 5 minutes of ordering I thought that was a little exessive.

After complaining and threatening to file a report they agreed to remove all charges. As of now, they have not done so.

I called back and asked for a manager to verify. I did manage to get all charges refunded to my credit card and received all the Transaction ID's to report to the credit company. I also intend to report this to Progressive to make them aware that they are being used for deceptive practices.

NeuLift add suggests paying for shipping of 2 samples. I agreed to that. Received product, and are size of samples. 2 weeks later my credit card charged twice at $89.95 per sample. Contacted NeuLift first rep kept to script and offered nothing other than to hang up. Called back, held 25 min then spoke to mgr Candace. I was calm they blame me for not reading agreement. Explained I have epilepsy and may have missed fine print but did not authorize 2 charges of $89.95 each. She claimed they were 30 day supply not sample. Kept calm and she agreed to refund to credit card 7-10 business days 30% off. I advised her they are preying on people especially older folks and suggest they reevaluate how they do business. They are ripping folks off and getting away with it.
