On facebook saw ncis abbey advertising skin care product, also endorsed by dr. Oz on tv supposedly. Followed "click here" instructions until reached ad for trial of neulift anti-aging cream & serum.

Ad said "trial," but said nothing about future charges. 10 days later my account was charged $85.95 and $89.95, respectively, for cream and eye serum; tiny, tiny amounts.

I looked up on internet and found outscam from others that gave phone 1-888-553-4058. Since it was different than those listed on packing slip, only paper in box when i received order, i called it. I finally ended up with 35% rebate, which means i lost $114.34 in this deal for these trial products.

I live in government elderly apartments on social security. People like this are the scurge of society. Someone needs to notify pauley perrette Abbey) what she is endorsing as well!

From Facebook on the internet I ordered what I thought was two samples of NeuLIFT anti-aging serum & Neulift anti-cream at $4.99 each. I did not see anything on the ad that said they would bill me automatically for the full charge for these products in 14 days.

The charge appeared on the credit card for $85.95 & $89.95. When I called, they were rude & simply stated that I had to reply or cancel the order within 14 days, that I didn't & that was that. I requested they cancel my order & credit my card because I was sending the two little bottles back ( I hadn't even opened them) They said no refunds period!

I asked to speak to a supervisor, named Tamija, & she merely echoed the same answer. I demanded the credit card be credited immediately. She just stated plainly that it would not happen.

I am a 75 yr. old widow & feel this is a complete rip-off! All my working life I was an accountant & do not feel that I am that gullible & didn't read the ad thoroughly. I want my $175.90 back & NeuLIFT to be exposed for what they are!

I responded to a survey which I mistakingly believed to be from Amazon to get a free gift, just pay shipping. The free gift would be a sample of anti-aging serum from Neulift. When I finished the survey, I was charged 4.95 for shipping, and an additional two items were added to the cart with no opportunity to take them out of the cart, one for 5.95 and other for 34.95 for vitamins. Fourteen days later I got two more charges on my credit card, one for 89.95 and the other for 85.95.

I called the number on the credit card statement description and was told I had 14 days to cancel or I would be charged the entire price. They would not issue a refund because it was an "expendible" product. I got the serum but have not received the vitamins. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. So far I have received a credit for the 89.95 as it was considered a duplicate charge for the same item. The other charges are still being investigated. Lesson learned, do not answer a survey proporting to be from Amazon, and do not order any free samples from Neulift.

This company is a scam! NeuLift Skin Cream- they need to be removed from poor business practices! They charge for their free trial! Then they automatically ship product to you and charge anywhere from$80-$100 dollars for a 0.5 oz cream then to find out that it is sold on Amazon for $35.00. The product can cause itching skin and irritation. Buyer beware! They also have a bunch of web sites making them look legit but no where do they ever tell you their price... just to sign up for their free trial! Then they Make it very difficult to find contact information and their office contact info! Beware!! Sign up and they will rob you blind- no free trial... too many things in very fine print - and you won't even know what hit your bank account until the money is gone!

I was lured into paying for what i thought was a mere $9 one-time puchase A "trial" as described per neulift) but then i was billed $80 within a few days without my permission or notification of any such policy by neulift. I was then automatically sent another package which incurred another charge of $80. This happened twice resulting in a total loss of $362.70 before any of the packages arrived at my house, other than the trial pacakge's arrival very early on at the end of the 14-day trial period stated by the telephone customer service. Upon inquiry the company refuses to take the returns.

After i noticed this in my credit card statement, i did see inside edition report on a similar makeup company, its name unlisted, performing this same sleazy, borderline-fraud deception as well as serveral reports on outscam.

Aug 19th 2017..I ordered free sample of the Neulift anti-aging cream and eye serum which I received with in 10 days. The understanding was the charge would be for shipping only. $4.95 and $5.95 was charged to my acct. I was out of town in Sept...returned home early Oct to find another shipment of the neulift creams for which I was charged $94.90 and $91.90.

After further review of my credit card statements I discovered I was charged $89.95 and $85.95 in Sept as well. I knew there was not any agreement I electronicall y signed to have shipments continue on a monthly basis when I ordered my free samples. I called the number on the packing list... the rep told me I had to cancel with in 2 weeks of the initial order. There was nothing stating that when I ordered the samples. I asked for a refund and was told they could not refund my money but could offer a 50% discount on future shipments. She kept trying to deal with me although I was obviously angry and said I wanted to cancel.

I called my credit card company to refute the charges. I dont know if this will have a positive result...it can take up to 60 days. In the meantime I am out $362.00

Beware of this scam

On June 20 I ordered a trial of the NeuLIFT anti-aging cream and was billed for $4.95. Two weeks later (July 4) I was billed $89.95 for first order. Looking back, that was not enough time for a trial order to determine if I was satisfied with the product. On August 3 and again on September 2 I was billed for the product before I realized what was happening. Company ID was not clear on my charge card statements (labeled "skin revive brand" and didn't show phone number). I called my bank and learned that the company name was NeuLIFT and got its phone number. Today on September 16, although NeuLIFT cancelled my "subscription" they refused to give me refund for the "purchases." I had a horrible time with the NeuLIFT rep--her approach was "it is your fault for not calling after trial period" and she demonstrated no empathy. I happen to be a retired 80+ year old living on limited income. The company should be charged with unfair and bully tactics. Do not buy anything from NeuLIFT.

  • Sep 18, 2017

I ordered the "free" trial of NeuLIFT Anti-Aging Cream. I paid the shipping of $4.95. Within a few days of receiving it, there was a second charge on my credit card for $89.95. I called my credit card company to have that charge removed. I don't even know what the $89.95 is for! When the charge appears on your credit card statement the name is "Skin Repair Simple".

  • Sep 11, 2017

I bought some trial face cream ffrom this company and were suppose to be $5 and was charged that amount but a week later I saw 2 different charges on my acct again. One for 85 and another for 89 I called to ask why and they said the very small trials I received were actually not trials were the real size, I was so upset and asked for a refund and they get started bargaining with me but I asked for the supervisor and she was the most horrible customer service supervisor I have ever encountered. Obviously they don't care about their product because they don't care about the customers she refused to give me a refund still and after I hung up with her I emailed customer service but no response either.

  • Aug 30, 2017

Looked at free sample add seen neulift sample said free just pay s/h 7.99 an was charged 89.95 on card two weeks later! called and the said it was in detail and wouldnt refund it and had the nerve to continue trying to sale me more!

  • Aug 29, 2017

I applied for a 4.95 sample of this cream. In addition to this charge plus .99 for shipping, I was charged another 89.95 on my credit card in for this product & another 94.90 the following mo.for a second jar, which I did not authorize. The Tel# on the jar is fraudulent as well. It's for "Chucky Cheese"I am calling my credit card co!

Hi...I ordered a product for $4.95 called NeuLift. Thought I was getting a wonderful deal! As it was something I could finally afford as a working single mom w/ a full-time job and a wkd part-time job. Raising teenagers. Well lol and behold just this morning I have two charges taken out of my checking account (leaving me unable to pay my car payment) in the about of $89.95 and $84.95 for this NeuLift product! I was sick to my stomach. I called them to resolve the matter (usually companies w/ credibility do) and they stuck to their guns and said nope, you had a 15 day trial period and it was up yesterday so you will get billed and you should have read the fine print! The customer service rep was rude and I was beside myself. I finally was able to get through to a supervisor who gave me 35% of my money back. But now I can not take my kids school shopping as planned today and I can't believe they wouldn't allow me to send it back and I REALLY can't believe they can just pull money from your account without you acknowledging it or setting it up!

  • Aug 26, 2017

Neulift I ordered a trial of the Neulift eye serum and anti-aging cream for 5.95 and 4.95. 14 days later I was charged $89.95 and $85.95. Thinking I mistakenly ordered an additional delivery, I called to cancel, they offered a discount of 30% then 50%.

I refused all the discounts and wanted the money refunded and they refused. I asked for a supervisor at customer support and spoke to Tyrell. He also said no to my request and informed me that the bottles I received was the actual product.

To avoid future charges I closed out the account for good. The phone number that I called was 888 553-4058. Also, please be aware that they have numerous websites advertising "free trial" at neulift.net and neulift.org etc Buyer Beware!! Nationwide.

Moral of the Story DO NOT ORDER FREE SAMPLE with trial period with your BANKCARD always order with a CREDIT CARD so you can dispute charges immediately. Going thru your bankcard is not guaranteed a REFUND!!!

I got ripped off by Neulift to the tune of 179.90. I ordered the samples but did not realize that I was signing up for purchases if I did not cancel within 14 days. I was checking my online banking account when I saw the draft going out. I called the number on the box and got some lady on the phone. I told her I did not order any more purchases and that when she told me about the box I checked if I was over eighteen. If I checked the box then I was agreeing to their terms and agreements and the 14 day notice was located there in small print. I told her that thats just bad business. If your product is good then you should not need such practices. Needless to say, she did not refund any money. I told her I will be expecting my products in the mail but cancel any future purchases. She tried to give me extreme discounts on my next order but not this one. I said no. I would not do business with a company that handles their business in such faulty ways. I told her I would be gripping about this online and she said that I have that right. I said yes, I do. So, I am warning anyone and everyone to watch out for this company. If you are not careful it could get quite costly before you even know it.

  • Aug 18, 2017

Was lured to use free points when informaed I was elligible to try the 2 products. Next I see on my bank statement that they charged me 3 x for the 2 products $91.90 & $94.90... that's almost $600.00 in scame. When I called to complain, I was informed that I have agrred to the terms and that the charges were valid. They had no return policy, even if the box was not opened.

I hope an attorney or a Law Firm hear about this and try to persue a lawsuit. Someone needs to get their a**es kicked.

  • Aug 5, 2017

Total scam. We bought the trial because of the celebrity endorcement only to find out it was faked. Called and canceled within the 14 days and thought it was over. Got billed 2 weeks later for nearly $200 but didn't realize it because they sent NO PRODUCT. Caught it when they billed it again 4 weeks later and sent two bottles.

Immediately called and they denied that the product had ever been canceled. Refused RMA or refund or any help whatsoever. I initiated another cancelation and made them send email confirmation that they never sent the first time. Have since had to turn it over to legal.

  • Jul 25, 2017

I accepted a offer for a trial of NeuLift eye serum. I was never told that I had subscribed to a montly membership and I would be charged $91.00 a month. I was surprised when another box arrived 2 weeks later. I call the company, and NO refunds are given. THIS IS A RIP OFF. Cudtomer service is rude and don't care that you don't want the product. The company states you accepted the subscription when you accepted the TRIAL offer. They are a scam and fraudulant.

BEWARE OF NEULIFT, THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS AND A COMPLETE SCAM!

  • Jul 22, 2017

I ordered a sample of NeuLift Skin Cream at $4.95 in response to an ad on the Internet. Then a month later, I received a second shipment that I did not order. When I called immediately to say I did not order this second item, I was told that when I purchased the first sample, I had only 14 days to return it and if I did not, I was automatically enrolled in a program to continue receiving the product. I did not agree to this program. This is a scam operation and should be shut down.

I recieved an e-mail after shopping at Home Depot asking me to take a brief survey. For taking this survey I was giving a "free gift" and all I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping and handling. Two weeks later I notice a charge on my credit card for $89.95. I was told this was for product I ordered. I told the lady on the phone that I did not order any product, just the free trial for $4.95. If they sent any other product, I did not want it and I would return it, to which see said the bottle I recieved was the product, and that I only had 14 days to return it, so too bad you can not get your money refunded. After much complaining see refunded $59 and said this was all she could due. I contacted Home Depot, they said they do not due on line surveys, and new nothing about it. I suggested they follow up, in hopes of a big company takng this scum bag outfit down. I told Home Depot that they new details of my visit, and even though they did not authorize it I still associate with them. This outfit is aq total scam.

  • Jul 10, 2017

Took a survey online about a reputable store Home Depot or a pharmacy said I could get Neulift eye cream & anti aging cream for only the cost of shipping $5.95&&4.95 however they debited my account $85.95 & $89.95. called they cancelled future orders but will not refund me. what I received apparently was not a trial offer after all

  • Jul 4, 2017

I did'nt realize they keep me signed up to receive a more expensive product.I paid 4.95 for what I thought was a trial offer.I received another shipment if the neuliftcream and neulifteyeserum. They took almost 90.00 out of my checking account.I can't afford that! What do I do?

  • Jun 24, 2017

I order the sample skin care for 4.95. It broke my face out so I called and canceled. They told me you had to cancel within two weeks. No one told me that when I ordered it and it was not on any paper work with my order. I was in the hospital during that time also but she didn't care and was so rude to me. I told her that I'm a senior and I'm disabled and on a small fixed income. She would not refund my 85.95. I just got my bank statement and they took another 85.95 out and my account is over drawn. Now I can't get my breaks fixed. Please help me.

  • Jun 24, 2017

NeuLift Skin Care NeuLift RIP OFF! Walgreen's site. NeuLift pop-up appears. "Want to try this cream for $5.99 with your order today?" Sure, I do. NEXT thing you know you're getting billed $91.90 x 2=$183.80 EVERY MONTH and they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! STAY AWAY!

  • Jun 24, 2017

I am another victim of this scammer. I thought I was answering an Amazon survey. They offered a free trial of a skin product for answering some questions. Like a fool, I fell for it and now they send more expensive products automatically every month. I've never even opened the products. I am sending it all back to them unopened and reporting this scam to amazon and the Washington State Attorney General. I am informing Citi bank not to pay the charges from this company.

  • Jun 19, 2017

Like the other reports I also did not notice that this was more than a "free trail." but didn't know it untilI was billed. When I called and raised a fuss, the woman on the phone explained that she was going to give me tiem to calm down and would be right back. When she got back on the phone my frustration had not diminished and had started turning to anger, especially when I heard her say they do not refund any money, even if ypu do a return to sender. So basically what she was saying is: This company os a total rip off! Once we have your money there is no way you are ever getting any of it back. If this place is really run by Johanna Gaines she should have kept her other job, cos this one is going to run her into the ground with law suits...I have a dispute with my bank for the charges and after everything I'm reading anticipate they will find it justified. Dont get sucked in to this company! You look just fine the way you are! Dealing with this company will make you ugly!

  • Jun 19, 2017

This company uses and add using Joanna Gaines claiming she has started a new skin care company. Which is not true. That in itself it completely false information and fraudulent. They say they will send you a trial size product, which is infact a full size product they will charge you full price for approximately one week after the arrival of your product. They say you get the trial for 14 days. However, you don't receive the product for several days. It is at the very least deceptive trickery.

They claim a money back guarantee, which they DO NOT honor. There is nothing above board about this company. They are dishonest at best. I wish people like this could be completely put out of business never to be heard from again. They give good products and businesses a poor name and do nothing to promote humanity. They lack a moral compass and have a horrible product.

I have contacted them repeatedly to no avail. I pray that no one else buys from this company.

  • Jun 19, 2017

After taking a survey (Google Based), I was offered a free sample but had to pay #1.99 to cover shipping. Apparently, there was find print or a disclaimer that I did not see where if one doesn't cancel within 14 days, both products will be sent at a cost of $96 & $92 respectively.

This was discovered after receiving a second set & wondering if I'd forgotten & answered another survey & reviewing my credit card statement. They're in cahoots too because I used my card for the initial $1.99 shipping fee, I had given the company the go ahead to charge me for something I never ordered.

I contacted NeuLIFT & asked for an address so I could return the product, as I didn't want it. I asked for the customer service person's last name, which I got. However, unitl I searched online for an address, I'm not sure that would even help.

I asked again to cancel the 'subscription" stating fraudulent service. Upon threatening to report to my state's attorney general's office & the better business bureau, all I got was an offer to reduce my payment by 35% on each product. This business would not cancel their charge to my credit card. With this company, apparently the customer is wrong "See the Fine Print!"

Keep in mind that I am contacting my credit card company again, sending letters to the better business bureau & attorney generals' offices here & in California. In addtion, I am contacting my local TV Station's consumer reporter who looks into scams.

In addition, I searched out the address on Google Maps & it's located in a shopping center. However, there did not seem to be a physical location listed on the signs, just a business named Xuan Lan #C Skin Care, go figure!

As you will see from the enclosed, attached web page, it offers a return policy, however, I was told repeatedly there's no place for the products to return.

Here's their stated refund/return policy, which they stated to me, they will not honor:

"You have 30 days to request your refund after you receive your order. You will be refunded for each unopened unit you send back only. To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting (855) 686-0549. Customer service will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. You will be refunded for each unopened unit you send back only. You will need to send in the unopened unit back to the address provided below. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. Refused or returned packages that are sent without prior approval from Customer Care are not eligible for a refund."

I responded to a anti-aging skincare product that declared I could try it for free..just pay for shipping ..money back guarranted if not satisfied.

I tried it..I didnot like it and was getting ready to send back the unused portion when I received an automatic shipment of the same product.

I called and had a had a heated discussion with a man who said I had to pay $89.00 for the original FREE product even though I was sending back the 2nd shipment unopened.

Today I received another auto shipment. I am very upset..they have my creditcard number! I told them do not send anymore and they did it anyway..

  • Jun 10, 2017

I saw an email that was advertized as a free trial or gift for the amount of purchases i made on Amazon. It said all i need to do is pay shipping and handling and i get my free trial. I had no idea i would be charged almost $188 before i finally caught it through my bank. I first called the bank got the number for the company, and pretty much got the run around. I was told the only thing they could do is give me 35% back. At that point i cancelled the account that they linked as an monthly charge to my card and called my bank and had it refuted. The bank told me they couldnt do anything either. When i called the Neulift company back the person on the phone told me they had not been contacted by the bank so he could not help me. I feel very upset to say the least

Shortly after placing my order for two free samples, I immediately starting getting phone solicitations from the company, or whoever does their web data harvesting, and then the emails started.

As of today, I have received no fewer than 60 disgusting sexually suggestive emails along with a bunch of other phishing emails and general junk. I blocked the phone number, but it will take me a while to stop all the spam and sexually explicit s**t I am getting.

This rip-off company isn't going to make any money on their products, but they sure will selling everyone who has placed an order's email and phone number.

The original add I clicked on to look at this product was for Joanna Gains, of the HGTV fame. Allegedly, this his her skin care line and she is now being sued by HGTV because this cosmetic line is a breach of contract/no compete for her. Does she even know what lowly sleaze balls this web marking/sales firm is that she is doing business with?

Also, I will be makign sure I cancel anything they try to trick me in to buying, plus I will have my credit card company make sure they reverse any unauthroized purchases they might try to stick me with.

Neulift I ordered a trial of the Neulift eye serum and anti-aging cream for 5.95 and 4.95. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 and $85.95. Thinking I mistakenly ordered an additional delivery, I called to cancel, they offered a discount of 30% then 50% and then finally 75%. I refused all the discounts and wanted the money refunded and they refused.

I recieved an email from Walgreens stating I had earned a gift! I ordered the neulift cream payed shipping and handling of 4.95, RECIEVED the jar and thought nothing more of it on June 2 opened my bank and there was a charge for their product for $89.95, Being on a fixed income I completely panicked and stressed out upon finding a number I called them and was treated like I should know better 1. no terms and conditions were presented 2. no permission given to use my bank debit? they are a complete scam

  • May 20, 2017

I ordered 2 trial size skin care items and was asked to pay for shipping only which I did. One was $4.95 and the other was $5.95. However, by doing this I was UNKNOWINGLY SUBSCRIBED TO A PROGRAM WHEREBY I WAS CHARGED $180.00 monthly every month for 2 products ($89.95 each) for two months. They charged me $360.00 and I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, only the 2 trial sizes whereby I paid shipping only. I didn't order the products, didn't want the products and THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME AFTER THREE PHONE CALLS. Fraud Alert! Scam Alert!

  • May 20, 2017

I received an email offer from Costco to try NeuLift at a discounted price/offer and I only paid a few dollars for shipping the "sample". After doing this, I was charged $89.95 just 15 days later. I called the number listed on my bank draft to see what had gone wrong. This is when I learned it was an automatic sign-up and that I supposably agreed to this. I reviewed my printed receipt but the T.C. are blank. I argued to cancell this and return the charge but I was unsuccessful with getting a return. All I could get was cancelling any future orders but that still took some time as the lady was trying to renegotiate staying a customer for $70 something! I could only laugh and tell her there is no way I'm buying from such a dishonest company. I'm now attempting to contacting Costco - haven't heard back yet. Its my believe Costco would not like this business smearing their good name. However, at this point, I believe I was scammed by this company and using Costco to do so.
