Network Capital Funding Corporation Reviews

Being employed at Network Capital Funding was a nightmare. There is no training or management provided to any new hires, most of them being new to the business. It is a sweat shop environment where managers bully their employees and some of the managers, Baron Morledge even drink on the job and are absent half the work day. The managers teach employees to lie to customers about the costs of the loans, timing for closing and playing games with not locking the rates just to get an account. Their upper management has new agents sign promissory guarantees to pay back all licensing and sponsorship fees out of their own pocket, when most other companies pay for this on behalf of employees. After you resign or quit from Network Capital, they never send you a bill and out of nowhere you will get sent to a collections agency and they begin harassing you to pay back the licensing costs. Again, most mortgage companies do not make their employees pay for this out of pocket, at the very worst other companies would deduct these costs from the employee’s last checks, but not Network Capital, they are malicious with not only customers but with former employees as well. They would not resolve the issue with me and said it's too late despite the fact that they never billed me, my account was sent to collections. I am here to warn anyone, DO NOT apply to work for this shady company ran by a greedy and shady owner, Tri Nguyen.

They do not have loyalty to their employees, former employees or customers. There are many reputable companies to apply for, do not even entertain this place. Also, do not get your loan here, the agents there are not trained well, they are pressured by their managers to pressure you to take the loan and they will lie to you to get you to sign with them. Most of them are encouraged to do a rush application that is incomplete and inaccurate just to get a loan in process. There is a reason they have such a high turn over.

BUYER BEWARE, ATTENTION CONSUMERS, DO NOT TRUST SOS INSURANCE SERVICES OUT OF NEWPORT BEACH, CA.

I called this shady insurance agency to get a quote on my business insurance, I spoke to a Karen, one of their agents. She emailed me a quote which had mostly wrong coverages and we went back and forth several times before she finally sent me what I was looking for and needed. Then she was rushing me to sign paperwork and return to her, and as soon as I inquired about the broker fee I was being charged, she became apprehensive. Ultimately she transferred me to the very rude, un gentleman joker of an owner Amir. Amir Tajalli began shouting at me saying that he does not work for free, and that why I do not ask what the produce owner is making and why I have the nerve to inquired about his fee. He called me "cheap" and said that this is why my business will fail. I am shocked that there are people like Amir oeprating business in this great country, he is the most condescending, manipulative, narcissistic person I have ever encountered. Buyer beware, boycott this agency, they are unprofessional, ran by a monster who has no business ethics and a very weak bully character, Amir is a dishonorable person and he is not worthy of a spit even. He is a coward that barks behind his phone, check out all his bad reviews on Yelp, Google and Yahoo. The guy will be closed down one day. Do not waste your time dealing with Network Capital Funding Corporation. Do not buy into their slick radio advertisements. I have bought and sold eight homes from the first condo out of college in 1976 and refinanced to obtain better mortgage rates four times since then. (Young people may not remember when a 12% home loan was a "deal" in the early 1980's.) I have never had an experience as excruciatingly painful as I did with Network Capital.

I simply sought to refi a $225,000 mortgage on a property with hundreds of thousand of dollars in equity. I am a licensed professional practicing in my field for 44 years. Near the end of the five month ordeal I was told I needed to prove that I am in business which of course is easily verifiable with Sacramento and my professional website. Then I was told I needed to get a second appraisal to prove I do not live in a "fire zone" despite living in an urban center of the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles surrounded by high rise office buildings and a major shopping mall. If that wasn't enough, Network Capital demanded in early December that I prepay into escrow the second installment of my property taxes not even due until April. (My first installment was paid.)

In addition, they demanded that I prepay my next year's homeowner insurance premium when I didn't even have a quote for the insurance not due for renewal for another two months. They settled on me putting into escrow the prior year's premium. After five months of these incessant demands, escrow closed in late December, 2020. On January 19, 2021 Daniel of Network Capital (one of three people I had been dealing with) called me and asked me to provide a current Profit/Loss statement for my business because of a problem selling my loan to another lender. In a not too pleasant tone of voice I let him know what he could do with an appendage to his body.

The next day, after being told I would not provide any current Profit/Loss statement as I have no legal obligation to do so (and even after an apology from the Client Relations Manager who did not like my Yelp review), Daniel called my accountant's office to ask for my financial records which Network Capital Funding is not entitled to after the loan was funded in December. Stay away from these people unless you want nothing but aggravation.

Network Capital Funding Fraud, thieves, con artist, Wasted MONEY Appraisal Report I heard about this company on the Sean Hannity radio show and other local radio business shows 610 WIOD. All should be ashamed of allowing thugs to advertise on such reputable shows! Network Capital promised several times that the issue I disclosed early in the application process had been verified by the underwriter and wouldn't be a problem. My application went through the hands of three originators because they kept leaving the company. That should have been my sign but I push forward. They deceived me into giving my credit card for payment on the appraisal. 6 months later of continuous request for the refund and promises of doing exactly that by Network Capital they have blocked my calls and ignore my email. In addition they lowered my credit score by pulling credit 5 times within 3 months. I only authorized them once. Every time a new person took over the file Network Capital did a hard credit inquiry. Funny thing that shows how disorganized and fraudulent they are; their sales team keeps calling me to refinance the same home they declined and stole my money and left me holding the bag for the appraisal fees. Huge waste of time and money! BEWARE!

I wanted to refinance my home i talked to my current lender and also checked the web for a better interest rate. In talking to network capital funding corporation i was lead to believe they were a 5 star legitamate company. When i received an e-mail with their full company name i looked them up in outscams. There they were, now they have my name address, work info, and social security number. They were wanting me to unlock my credit report and their e-mail arrived with more of their company name on it. So after i looked them up of course i will not go forward with the refinance of my home. They need to be put out of business. So far i haven't lost anything but my time.
