My Neteller account was hacked and I received 3 emails from Neteller for 3 transaction to paypal accounts total 1750 Euro,I contacted customer support to informing them it's unauthorized transactions and I didn't sent this transactions to anyone. After a lot of emails they suspended my card and refused to refund the money, and their excuse was I have to get police report in my country then I contact them, I told them it's your website and you are responsible on secure the accounts but they not reply to me anymore.
I first came across Skrill after registering w. Lottoland. Lottoland is endorsing Skrill & Neteller on its site so I tried Skrill & only deposited £ 10.00 each time. For 3-4 months, Skrill pymt. method worked well & straight forward. Then, my Skrill a/c was blocked after my last deposit. Contacted both Skrill & Lottoland abt. it but each one said it was the other that was the cause. This went on for some time. I'd tried to use Skrill pymt. w. other companies to test it & Skrill definitely had blocked the transactions!
Skrill won't 'fess up that it was them & won't provide a reason why they'd blocked my a/c! Skrill's email service is non-existent! No one bothers to reply.
Called up someone name Ivan but he was unhelpful. Gave standard reply, said my a/c is active when it's clearly not. He was lying throughout & kept asking me to send them screenshot of the blocked page. I knew it was a time wasting exercise b/c he was able to see it on his own screen (that my a/c was blocked) anyway while I was speakin' to him on the phone.
Another oddity was, after sending the 1st email for help & got no reply. I'd sent follow-ups, but Skrill had an auto-reponse with the word 'DUPLICATED QUERY CLOSE' placed right next to the follow-up emails; thus this is their way of blocking reminders from me! No, eventually, I got no help !
After ignoring my email for sometime & no help was forthcoming, they'd put the word CLOSED ( CASE RESOLVED). Which was not true! Skrill thus proved they're lying!
Although it was Skrill's doin' but they refused to refund the balance from my a/c. Instead, I'd to withdrew it & got charged for that! I fear this is their way of gettin' rid of 'un-profitable' clients like me. This appears to be one of their many win-win repertoire of choosing or losing their clients. They'll never make a loss!
I then tried Neteller as it was another institution being endorsed on Lottoland's site. After registering, I deposited the minimum amount into my Neteller a/c. I got their bank: Barclays Bank, London, their bank a/c name: Worldpay AP Ltd., their bank sort code: 20-36-47, their bank a/c no.: 50216844 from their Neteller web page. The Fast Pymt. transaction was successful & this was shown on my own bank statement.
However, my Neteller a/c was shown that this deposit was 'DECLINED' yet the money did not return back to my bank! Neteller is still keepin' it! This whole issue started like over 2 months but the useless 'Neteller team' has still not resolve this. After some emails askin' me for 'full details' which I'd sent already, they 've the cheek to keep askin' for the same thing! Now , Neteller doesn't even respond/asknowledge my complaints anymore! It's a full-on silence now!
I contacted Lottoland to inform them of Neteller/Skrill unethical ways & that Lottoland ought not be endorsing these dodgy 'financial institution' without a full investigation, but Lottoland ignored me! I'd also closed my a/c w. Lottoland b/c they could be partners-in-crime.
Pls. people, be warned & DO NOT ever use these companies. Tell all yr. family/friends etc..
Pls. note that Neteller/Skrill are operatin' under Paysafe Group PLC/Paysafe Financial Services Ltd. They're a worldwide/int'l operation rakin' money in by stealth thru unsuspectin' clients. I see they do operate under other names but since I've not try the others, I'll leave them for others to report. I can only report what I'd experienced at their hands & folks, you don't want the hassle nor the loss of yr. hard earned money!
AVOID Neteller/Skrill like a plague! They're greasy, slippery & behave like you are dealin' w. a bunch of crooks i/o decent human beings!
