I bought mobile phone with answering machine on ebay from netdirectsales. the machine lacked capability to do announcement function. they sent me another which would ring and noone on the line. so i signedup for caller i.d. [$16.00 mo.]caller i.d. said calls were from private number or out of area. untraceable. by this time, the time allowed for ebay to refund my money[$23.45] had expired. i have been trying to contact seller to see if machine had a warranty but cannot find them.
