Neighborhood Insurance Services Reviews
Recently I was in the market for property insurance and a friend of a friend recommended Jana at Neighborhood Insurance in Sutton, MA since they were in my neighborhood. I’ve left phone calls and emails to them with no response. The link to their website no longer works but they do have a Facebook page. In fact, it looks like all they have is a Facebook page which doesn’t even have their insurance license listed. In fact, they don’t list much of anything except various areas of expertise that look more like areas of expertise for real estate and some truly dated reviews. Googling both the company and Jana Grady gives virtually no results plus they call themselves Neighborhood Insurance (which is a completely different company,) instead of their true name Neighborhood Insurance Agency. Insurance is something we buy for peace of mind. I’m highly skeptical of this company because if they don’t respond to one’s inquiries about setting up some insurance accounts do you really think they will be there when you have to file a claim? Don’t waste your time with this business.
