I ordered my Elvis Presley quilt back in early October 2018. It too was a Christmas present for my Autistic Step Son. I recieved an email a couple of days later saying it was on its way. January 2019 is just about done and you guessed it still no quilt.
I have numerous emails I have sent and always get the same generic reply back. It's out of stock blah blah blah !!!
I don't think there is any chance of getting my money back, I saw there advertisement on Facebook so if it's not a legit company how are they able to advertise and where the hell has our money gone.
I placed 3 orders for 4 items totaling $149.94 - emailed them numerous times with their reply to me that they were working on my request and would get back to me within 48 hours, and that their "support team" is open 24/7. The links they sent me to track my orders were bogus. Lesson learned, only purchase from well-known companies or ones that you know someone has ordered from and received their merchandise. Unreal.
This company is a total scam. No one EVER gets their product and is out the money. Do not EVER order from Fashion AKA. They have beautiful PICTURES of quilts, but you will NEVER get them. Do NOT let them rob you like they have hundreds of others, including me!!

My husband bought the Jack Skellington Sterling Silver ring in February. We were told it was on back order, but would be shipped out January 15th! It's the middle of March and the site isn't even there anymore.
Ordered disney outlet covers and never recieved them! it was through lady mantal. Have waited for 4 months and email stated they would ship on 1/15/19. Unable to contact

This is a total scam. I ordered a quilt with a cross on it for $60 + $12 shipping. That was Oct 2018. They kept moving my ship date up and after July 2019, I was unable to reach them at all. If I could remember how I paid for it, I would try to go through the bank. But that's probably too late now too. I had ordered it for my son for Christmas. Huge scam and thieves!

I have sent several messages to them through the email they provided and got one response that it was on it's way. Now when i try to get the web sight it doesn't exist and when i send another message to the the generic answer comes back. I can't track the package because it goes to a page saying bitteroranges.com coming soon. That's where i ordered these from originally

I placed my order 10/4/18 for a Handmade Faith Quilt Pattern for Christmas M272. On 10/8/18 I got an email from [email protected] stating the order is on the way and I could track shipment thru 17 Track. For several days I tried tracking my shipment thinking the order shipped as told on 10/8/18, but every time I would get an error that the tracking # was not yet available.
After not being able to track the package that I was told shipped 10/8/18, I sent an email to [email protected]. I stated that I wondered if the packing tracking number you gave for my order is either incorrect, you haven’t shipped our faith based cross quilt, or the package is missing. I provided the tracking number and asked for a status update on my order. I stated then I was concerned that we had not received the package and could not track it with the number provided. I got a canned email reply (shown below) that is outdated because it says, "We anticipate receiving more inventory and ship these on/before 7/30 and that I would get a reply within 48 hours and support was open 24/7.” I got no reply within 48-hours as the email stated.
On 10/23/18, I sent another email after wondering if your organization was fake and I fell for a scam because of the canned emails I received. Growing concerned I asked to please cancel my order. I got the canned email again – NO reply within 48 hours as I was promised. I requested to cancel the order again on 10/25. No reply. On 10/27 I had had it and stated “still waiting on a reply. Been more than 48-hours. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER!!”
Each time sent an email I got the same canned email reply, and no one ever contacted me. Either terrible customer service or I’ve been scammed. After all of this I have come to the conclusion I have been scammed by Fashion AKA or Needthisinmylife.com or whatever the company name is.
Then after submitting a dispute on PayPal I get an email from Tee Yogi Support Team, I sent them my dispute info, now they won't reply.
