This snarky, snide Millennial (self congratulatory) company sold me a "Spa Shower" for $378. When it came 8 months later, I looked at their website and at my small bathroom & found that it wouldn't fit or suit the space. I never opened the box.
When I called the Co. offering to drop it off to their place in SF and get a refund, I was told they wouldn't accept their own product and I was stuck with it. No apologies, no other explanations. "Go F%$#K yourself," essentially.
They obviously have no confidence in their own product, despite the slick webpage, and are either moving on to other "projects" they'll sucker people into on Kickstarter, or they hired a Nasty Girl to answer the phone and gave her instructions to alienate any previous customers.
I highly recommend you steer clear of these charlatans. Any company that won't take their own product, unopened, unused, brand new, back is not to be trusted. Their product must be defective, inferior, even worthless. Their "customer service" absolutely is.
