Ordered a signet ring based on their attractive and professional sample pictures at their website. They delivered a piece of junk: the engraving was clearly done by machine and one half of the engraving was completely muddled -- the image of the family crest was completely indiscernible. Plus the depth of the engraving was pathetic, less than 1 mm. I am going to junk the ring for the gold in it. I complained and they promised to replace it. Followed up with several emails. No response.

They ordered $400 dollars worth of services form me and I did exactly as we agreed. This service cost me a great deal of money and effort.
They nastily refused to pay me, after changing the terms of the service. Not only did they stiff me, but ovbiously I am at a great loss.
In general Victor has a nasty temperament and I would not recommend anyone doing any business with them, whether as a vendor or a buyer.
Their site is riddled with obviously fake testimonials and egregious spelling and grammar errors.
