Wanted a house re key. Was quoted $29 service call and $19 a lock. Was working down in my basement and didn't watch him work. My BIG MISTAKE. He came down and with very sloppy penmanship wrote down what I was being billed. Not really looking as the invoice because of what I was quoted when I made the appointment and because I had wallboard dust all over me, I paid the bill with my CC. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE. As he was getting in his car to leave I made a quick round to see his work. SON OF A....... he replaced all 4 of my very expensive deadbolts with cheap ones. Plus, he took my expensive deadbolts with him!!! Charged my CC $480.00!!!! I tried to catch him as he drove off. Nope. I immediately called the company and told them of the situation. Company said it was listed as a re key and they don't know why he did a lock install. As you would guess, the tech is unavailable for some reason. Promised me a full refund, haven't seen a penny. So now I have to use 2 keys to get in my house. Wow. Police report is coming their way. Theft, bait and switch, act. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUM.
My doorknob stopped working and i couldn't get in with a key. Called # from website that was a fake website because the city the website represents lists a phone # for dispatchers who had no idea who i was swindled by. Anyway this #8012148982 dispatched this kid from nd professional locksmiths who i later discovered are not even in the city which the # represents. So this kid shows up and i can barely understand him. I believe he is from the middle-east. I clearly however hear him quote me 165.00 to get in and replace my doorknob. So he proceeds with a pair of vice grips and a drill! 30 minutes later he gives me a bill for 195.00. I confront him about it and he brushes it off like there was a misunderstanding on my part. I realize right away that i am not going to get anywhere with this kid. So i call his boss and explain what happened. He told me he would call me back. So he calls me back and has the same attitude as the kid that swindled me. These guys are swindlers! i filed a police report about what they did.
On January 10, 2017 my son was lost his car keys and obviously couldn't get into the car let alone drive. We chose a random mobile locksmith that had a 24/7 mobile service. Their web sit looked good. The first locksmith arrived and couldn't make the programmed key. He Charged me $209.00 and said another locksmith was coming. I asked how much to expect for a total charge with his and the other guy, he said only another $150 five or take 3 hours into this and 2 programmed and 2 door keys later this guy charged me $400.00. I paid $609.00 so my son could go to work.

The Condo needed to replace a lock after hours to the elevator room.
The work done, though satisfactory, took two hours and was overpriced.
The company rep was paid on the spot by credit card.
Then the property managerial service was billed again for the services.
