I am buying online for NBA jersey from nbastores.top. it said the item is authentic,after i paid the notification from my bank said it charge fro china. i contact store customer suport at Sunday 27th December 2015. i said i want to cancel the order because i dont want fake item.i try to contact again by Monday and still no respond.and i try to contact from facebook page of the store and found Smith Anna the customer support.and the name of the page at facebook is NBA Gears.finally they respon at Thursday and said the item already at express company,so i tell them i dont want the fake item..
they insist the item is authentic..so i ask for express company and tracking number but they never give me any information about the shipment than they said want to refund the money later.that was the last i contact with them at Thursday 31 December 2015.
I contact again regarding the refund but until now they never reply my message..i try to contact through facebook to but Smith Anna only read my message.no reply no respond.and for more information they change the website before because they already under investigation by servingnotice.com/Df5nz2/index.html. you can check at the website.
