I ordered a navigation dvd for a 2009 Scion XB. To their credit, the DVD arrived very quickly, however, it didn't work in my car. I immediately tried to contact them, only to find a "contact form" was the only means to communicate with them. I submitted the form and waited for a reply, I resent the form again 5 days later. After trying multiple times to contact them with no response, I submitted a chargeback claim with my credit card company. 3 days later I received this response from them. They still haven't addressed the issue that the DVD doesn't work, but they are now trying to intimidate me with threats of "penalties." Their reply-

The ironic fact is, that I explained to the credit card company that I did in fact receive the disc, but it didn't work, so they simply confirmed what I had already told the credit card company!! Thanks guys!! I have since purchased this DVD elsewhere and it works great, so why couldn't they simply respond to my original requests to correct this problem without having to resort to chargebacks?? It should also be noted that the DVD that was sent, appears to be a blank disc that was burned from a copy of an original DVD. The disc that was sent has a sticker on it with no copyright insignia listed, so I suspect it is a fake, pirated copy, however, I cannot prove that. They very well may have an agreement with the original copyright holder. All I can confirm, is that is doesn't look like the 2nd DVD I purchased from the dealership.
Bought a navigation update disc, it says "no disc detected "when inserted. Took it to my local Cadillac dealer, they verified it's a fraudulent disc and I'd been ripped off for $59. I sent an email to navdvdmaps.com, no response at all. Wish I'd read all the other complaints on this website. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

Hi can you tell me where you purchased your disc that you said works great. Thanks

Ordered a updated Navigation DVD for Audi A6 which was not "found" when loaded
Went to website to exhange and/or return but found there was no contact Phone or fax number.
Return policy is more a "No Return" policy with no mailing address to return or exchange provided anyway
Website "Contact Us" went unanswered dispite 3 seperate inquirys on how to proceed.
I have a defective DVD and no way to contact the Company which should have been the first "red light" before ordering.
At this time, apporx 2 weeks after ordering no response from company so I filed a dispute through my Bank.
This has never actually happened to me before and I have never felt compelled to write op a report like this before
