I called the published number to ask about their shipping and processing time. The man I spoke to gave me a 1st order discount and told me that if I ordered now (August 18th, 2022), that my order would ship on the 19th. I ordered on the 18th, and never received order conformation email which was strange.
I did not receive ANY correspondence from them so on the August 22, 2022 I called the number again, and the same man answered and said "hello". I asked if the number I reached was Nature's Approved, and he said yes. I asked him why I was getting a "hello" from a person instead of answering the phone as a company, and he told me all of the marketing calls were going to his cell phone.
I asked about my order, he apologized, and said it would be shipped the following day. I kept checking my "order status" many times a day and the status was always "awaiting fulfillment". I had my production manager call them and again, the gentleman said the order was delayed but would ship the following day.
The following day, my login to my natures approved account would not work, and the screen said I had to reset my password. I've never received a password reset email from them even though I did the password reset 4 different times over 3 days, and as of 08-31-2022 I can not log in to my account...I feel like they have blocked me.
As of 11:00 AM on August 31, 2022, I have NOT received my order, and I have NOT received any correspondence from the company regarding my order, nor have I received any password reset emails. I have reported the company to my bank to dispute the transaction and hopefully get a refund.
Also, I researched both companies throught the NY Corporations website, and neither company seems to be legally registered anymore in the state of NY. The links from my research are as follows:

I emailed them, from their "contact us" page on 08-30-2022 at 10:14 AM and stated the details listed above, and stated that I wanted a refund, or my order shipped with shipping confirmation and pickup, or I was going to report them.
As of 08-31-2022 at 11:11 AM, I have not received my order, not received my refund, and have not received ANY correspondence from them via text, email, or phone call. I have every phone call, message, and email documented. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
