I took a survey for Amazon.com and then was offered my choice of several free gifts (I paid for shipping). None of the gifts really appealed to me but I thought why not and chose the "diet supplment." I paid the shipping and got my "free" sample. Today. a charge of almost $90 shows up on my bank statement and I have no idea what the company is or where they came from. Finally googled in and realize it was the d... diet pills. I did not authorize this charge and I am furious.
On March 30, 2017 I ordered Natural Pro Garcinia with a 14 day free trial. Here are the deductions from my checking account I received on March 31, 2017: Exceed Nutra Life 844-572-2075 UT US $4.87. On April 3, 2017 Nutralimited 855-9446473 UT US $1.99 & Nutra Life 855-203-7316 UT US $4.95 was deducted from my checking account.
On April 13, 2017 at 11:41am Eastern time I called Customer Service to cancel the order. I spoke to Kimberly who was nice enough but spent 10 minutes refusing other offers and refusing to pay restock fees & other fees they were trying to charge for canceling. Finally, she gave me a RMA # & address to send back the product. IP Returns, PO Box 890, Rexburg, ID 83440. The charge of $79.68 was pending on my account already & was told it was too late to stop the charge however, my refund should take approximately 2 weeks.
On April 17, 2017 Nutra Life 855-203-7316 UT US deducted $79.68 from my checking account.
On June 2, 2017 at 9:55am Eastern time. I called and spoke to Janet. She said they had not recieved the returned product to call back in a few days & if I still hadn't seen anything give them a call back. I asked her what would happen then she said let her speak to a supv & she came back on the line & said he told her to let me know sorry they could not reach a resolution thank you for calling & hung up on me.
I called back on June 2, 2017 at 10:01am Eastern time & spoke with Jenny. She said she sorry she could not help me with the resolution I was looking for & hung up on me.
I have each phone call recorded as proof & this is pittiful. They agreed to give me back my money, which I have recorded & I will get my money back.
