Best Land Company to deal with
Edward and his wife Michelle are great people to work with. We contacted them to look at some land. They responded quickly and arrange for a tour of the land that we liked. We loved the land and decided to purchase it. They invited us into their home to do the paper work. They made us feel very welcomed. They took the time to go over the contracts and deed. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for land in NY.

On November 12, 2014 Mr. Edward White (White Holdings LLC) won eBay auction for my land 38.1 acres in Allegany County NY.
I have received an email form Mr. White: "Lev, I have a local attorney who will be able to represent both of us. I will email you a purchase offer tomorrow to sign and get back to me. Then we can do a traditional closing. Ed"
I've overnighted my notarized Deed to the Escrow Agent Rachel Scura, Scura Law Firm whose address was provided by Mrs. Michelle White. In 4 days I suddenly knew Allegany County has registered my land in Edward White's name. Immediately after registration Mr. White declined to pay for my land.
After my literally "numerous" contacts demanding Mr. White to pay for my land, I've received this email: "Lev, my attorney {Rachel Scura} told me that this transaction has been finalized and that I owe you nothing else as per the law"
Scura Law Firm does not respond to my requests to clarify the situation.
