When you have 3-4 different names so you can pull scams on customers... the word gets out. Total Car Shipping Inc. / Nationwide Transport Services, LLC / Total Car Shipping & Freight, LLC. ..... what name will they use next? Can you say Bait and Switch?

My car was damaged. When I asked "who is taking care of the damage" they tried to pull a duck and run saying they were not the company I hired? What? Total jacka*s people.

Run from these clowns. They are a joke. Nothing but lies all over the internet about them. I believe they hire people just to post reviews all day. They suck. You have been warned.

I hired this company and they charged twice as much as they said they would, they lied and charged

my credit car without permission, they are being investigated for fraud and grans theft money...

Do Not Hire....They are also being investigated by 60 minutes and will be filing chapter 11 soon.

wish someone warned me before i hired them and was ripped, now i will testify against them in court.

Do your homework and then hie someone else.. good luck

This compay is a BROKER who then hires another transport company to do the job while they double the price.

They damaged my vehicle and will not make it right, they are being investigated for fraud and theft.

Do your homework, they are scam artists, do not hire or at your own risk. I am in process of filing a lawsuit

ON September 10th I hired this transportation company to transport my vehicle, 1000 miles and want I got was a vehicle owners Nightmare, WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. This company that hired to transport my Lexus was not insured, and use rope yes robe to tie my wheels on a flat bed carrier the was pulled by an older model truck, yes I was so worried but what could go wrong. My car is an older model car and tires not that great and it may cause damage to the car if driven that is why I did not drive it myself. The Lexus never arrive the time the driver promise why? because his carrier had a flat tire!!. So he decide to drive my car YES DRIVE!! my Lexus over 200 miles without my permission and I had no idea until the driver showed up 9 hours late and told me he drove my car OMG, now the Lexus gasket are blown, the Trans off light is on, the tire light is on it needs a new engine and they did nothing nothing to fix my car.

I am on the bus, and train now. Never, never, never use this company this company be ware shipped them for your cars safety, check insurance my driver had none to cover repairs on the road. Big Lost. It had 163,227 when I gave it to the drive you drop it of the miles are 163,448!! Be ware donit use them.

These guys are a broker. They told me they had their own trucks. Total lies from A to Z. Never trust these guys.

I spoke with Eddie L and he assured me after I gave him my credit card information that he would wait to hear from me regarding car pickup before hitting my card for $124 deposit. The very next morning i discover the card had been charged $124 overnight without permission. Feeling took but not wanting a hassle, i was going to still use Nationwide until the car sale fell through later that day and i had no need for a transport co. Now Eddie says tough luck. We will chargeback with the credit card co(lots of wasted phone calls and hold times) just because Nationwide wants to see if i will give up on my $124 or make them refund it(lots of companies seem to count on you not wanting to spend the time to fight). Please DO NOT give up your credit card info to Nationwide because once they have it, they will do as they please.

Many negative reviews are penned in frustration or anger. This is a negative review, but without the frustration or anger. This is advice.

Background:

I contacted Nationwide on Monday, 8/7/2017, seven days prior to the desired pick-up date,8/14/2017. My order was placed on Wed., 8/9/2017, and my deposit was taken. I was told the driver would contact me. On Saturday, 8/12/2017, I was concerned since the driver did not make contact. I called Eddie Lorenzo. He had an associate email me the driver’s information. During this same time period I received several emails from William Thomas asking me if I was satisfied with their service. I responded that I was far from satisfied, and described the current situation. His response was silence.

Over the period between Saturday to Sunday, 8/12/2017 to 8/13/2017, I emailed, and CC: 10 people at Nationwide (Eddie Lorenzo, William Thomas, Adam in dispatch, Andrew, David, Gregory, Janelle, Sam and even [email protected] hoping someone would respond to my request for help in getting the driver to contact me. The over whelming response was silence. I called the driver twice, 13:30 p.m. Sunday,8/13/2017, and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, 8/13/2017. The driver’s response was … silence. The vendor closed at 8:00 p.m. Sunday,8/13/2017. The drive had not contacted me as of 8:00 p.m. Sunday,8/13/2017. I could not schedule a Monday pick-up with the vendor. Now, the driver called at 9:00 p.m. Sunday,8/13/2017.

I told him the pick-up was cancelled. After that, I asked my Nationwide representative, Eddie Lorenzo, that the $158 deposit be refunded. He said he would send me a refund request form. Four weeks later, I still had not received the request form. I followed-up with an email Eddie responded that he forwarded my request to management. I did not fill out a refund request form, so what did he send? I continued to follow-up, but the response was the same, silence. Finally, Crystal Malafeew responded that she sent my email to Karen to the claims department. Karen’s is the same response as all other Nationwide people I contacted, silence. It is now 10 weeks later. The official Nationwide response is … silence.

Advice:

The advice is to watch the clock closely. If the 24-hr. cancellation mark is 3-4 hours away, and you do not have a confirmed pick-up time, then immediately call and cancel the pick-up. Then fight for your deposit refund.

I highly recommend finding another broker. This company has no idea what they are doing and they fail to do their job consistently. At the very least, refuse to work with ADAM.

We are a carrier. We were going to take a load (empty trailer) from MN to CA. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was not DOT compliant. I called Adam so he could inform their customer and see what they wanted us to do. Adam asked me if I had called the customer. He said that he didn't know what to do and that we needed to deal with the customer. I have NEVER had a broker tell me to deal with the customer directly. That is the broker's job and I told him so. I asked him to get ahold of the customer and find out what their customer wanted.

Toward the end of the day, after sitting and waiting for hours, I called Adam back. He had not called the customer and still had no idea what to do. I told him that we can't take this load. We can't move it, not even to a storage facility or trailer repair shop. It's illegal. He proceeded to say, "well, I don't know what to do. Either you can take it tomorrow or I can send you the paperwork to refuse the load." I told him to send me the paperwork. I waited for 3-4 days and never received the paperwork. I emailed him and refused the load as well as sent the inspection report.

We still have never heard from him. He's a horrible broker. He knows nothing and does nothing. He refuses to do his job.

We will never work with this company again.

Needed a Commercial Wolf Stove shipped from Altanta Ga. To NJ, and was contacted by Ryan E. a logistic coordinator from a company called Nation Wide Transport Services out of Fla.

BUYER BEWARE! do not hire this company. TOTAL IMCOMPETENT MORONS.

After taking my CC for payment in FULL, all the promises verbal and contractual were ignored. The company out sourced the job to a 2 star rated company "R & L carriers" we learned later, that has over 80 complaints with the Consumer Affairs Dept.

The contract was for a 2 day delivery, with pick up on 2/14/17 btwn 3-5pm....the driver showed up after making the sellers jump through hoops with packaging etc...in a 18 wheeler semi, knowing full well this was a residential pick up from a RESIDENTIAL garage!....ONLY ONE driver to hadle a 400lb oven (clearly written on the bill of lading) with (get this) NO HAND TRUCK or any dolly of any kind.

When the diver assesed the situation he noticed the homeowner had a light duty hand truck in the garage, and asked HER to borrow it, and then HELP him load (400lbs) on to the hand truck, which of course she refused.

He then fummbled with this $6500 stove nealy damaging the unit before clamining that he needs another guy to help and will return the next day!...

DAY 2! I spoke (again) with the most RUDE indignant contact again that ive been dealing with, only to have him minimize the gravity of the isse by reffering to the freight as "A STUPID STOVE"....BUT however assured me that the after speaking with the same driver he will return AGAIN on 2/15/17 SAME HOURS btwn 3-5pm equipt with the proper equipment and man power to pick up the stove.....

NOPE!! after the sellers waited patienly for the second day in a row, the driver was a NO SHOW!

long story short we demanded a refund, only to have RYAN E. rufuse and justify the payment in full as cost to go to the residence the first time!! unbeliveable!

This company is stole our money and never rendered services. (Theft by deception) we are disputing the charges after being told there will be no refund.

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH NATION WIDE TRANSPORT SERVICES!
