I purchased a RV warranty from Nationwide Motors in San Diego, a wholeseller for $2714. I called the service underwriter and found the contract had been denied due to an improper name on the contract. The underwriter of the contract Pro Trek, said they called the dealer for changes to the description, but never received a call back. Pro Trek said, they refunded the money to Nationwide who never refunded the money to me. After many attempts to contact Nationwide, they've never called back. The person at Nationwide who sold me the contract was Amber Kay, Ambernawarranty.com I have contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulant charge. Jason W

Amber Kay

Similar experience with Amber Kay. On 5/4/15, I bought the Premium Plan with a $100 deductible through Amber. Paid $3653.00.

Last week, I needed warranty service and found out that the underwriter warranty through Reliant was for only Coach/Living System, cost $1649, the least expensive plan with the poorest coverage. I ended up paying the entire cost of the repair

Repeated calls and messages left to the toll free number of 800-311-4790 has resulted in no response or return. I have been cheated by Nationwide RV Assurance.

Do not do business with this company!

Unable to contact, paid $4,353 for 4 year policy on 3/2/13.

This company phones are still working but always go to voice mail no matter what extension you try to reach. They took my money and I am trying to find what recourse we have. I am contacting my attorney to see what he can do. We are located in Texas and if I understand correctly they are in California. There must be some law about different states, etc. They never sent us a policy nor gave us a policy number, just a number to call a claim in. I can not locate this number (I think I gave it to one of the places we had RV worked on and they didn't give it back). Am considering suing them! Don't know if it will do any good, but worth a try. There should be some way the government can help the people they have scammed. My husband is 90 and I am 76 and we really can't afford to just lose this money. Wish there was some help for us.
