I was called by Andrew Collins in June of 2021. He told me that I had been referred to his company by Fannie Mae (who I did list properties for a while back). He assigned me a property and asked for a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) which I did for him. He told me that since his company paid for all the utilities for the properties that they manage, they charge the agent $399 to cover and that once the property closes that it will be refunded.
The property that he assigned to me was still occupied and I was told that they would be moving forward with offering cash for keys/moving them out. I drove by the property repeatedly and found that it remained occupied. Then after some research, I discovered that the homeowner was able to work with their bank and get the property out of foreclosure action.
Since I was told that my money would be refunded to me if this wasn't actually a listing, I called and emailed both the company AND Andrew Collins....many many times! This has been several months now, and I have yet to get a response. Their main phone number does not work, and there is never a response to emails. At this point I wanted to make certain that I reported them to possibly prevent them from ripping someone else off. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!

When I asked for a refund, he stopped calling me. He scams you out of money and has excuse after excuse but never gives anything for your money.
Beware of this liar. This company is fake as well. There are REO sites that talk about him as well. Do your research before you give money to crooks like this guy. Glad I was able to get my money back.

I have dealt with BofA in the past with REO's and Short Sales so I thought this was ok. Andrew stated he wanted to give me several REO (Bank Owned Properties) to list. I said ok, great. He then asked me to pay up front costs of $399.00 for rekey services and eviction services. I thought I've got nothing to lose, Ill try this. Several months have past and he got me for several other charges as well.
5 months later, no listings, no nothing. I have contaced my credit card company to dispute all of the charges and I will be making sure he NEVER does this to anyone else. This is a giant scam and nothing he has told me has any truth to it.
The more I look into this company and apparently he has targeted others but I never saw any of this until recently. When I started to check out his claims about the homes being REO's they have valid NOD's filed against them and other liens so it looked legit at first. The more I look into this now, the more I see it was a giant scam.
