Nationwide Logistics is a SHAM. A fraudulent, cheating, moving "broker". They will take your money and promise pick up and delivery of your goods and then change everything. Our movers came 45 hours late and lied about when the goods would be delivered. The broker Frank Bell simply told us what we wanted to hear and took our money, and now we are STILL WAITING for our things, days after tehy were supposed to arrive. No one will return our calls. Do not use this comapny if you ever want tos ee your things again or expect to move on any kind of specific date or even specific week. They are a nightmare!!!! We are filing complaints everywhere we can, and will speak with our lawyer and plan to hold them accountable.
My Father paid a deposit to this company to move from Seattle Washington to Florida. They ask him to sign an electronic signature and after he signed he got a popup saying deposit not refundable. VERY SHADY. We called back asking for a refund and they refused. I took the Tampa address off their file and googled it and a little dumpy house showed up on Google. I questioned their office about everything and all they could do is mumble and stumble over their words. They had no clue what to say. This company is a broker that gives the move to another company. NO ONE OUT THERE HAS TO DEAL WITH SUCH A COMPANY. GO DIRECTLY THRU THE ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY. The BBB shows they have 2 weeks in business. The DOT shows no trucks just a brokers license. These are young kids that just opened a business in their living room. They use ISRAELI rogue moving companies to actually move their shipments. IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT ALREADY TO THEM CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW AND DISPUTE IT. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AN IMMEDIATE CREDIT ON GROUNDS OF NOT PROPERLY DISCLOSING THE CANCELLATION POLICY. And also just because they are a scam company.
