I received a call from Sam Roser that he had a buyer for my timeshare. Next day I received by email an offer over the price I was asking.. It included that I the sellor was to deposit $3200.00 for good faith in an account in Florida with Sun Trust Holding Bank. I was not able to confirm the bank or the account number. When I refused to send money no more calls or emails from Sam Roser!! Scam, Scam.
