I opened an account with nationwide bank in February 2016 that my new emplyer could pay me via personal check and i deposited two checks for fairly large amount in the same month a few day after making the deposit i get a email stating that my account has been frozen due to (suspicious activity) and then they go on to say i need to get verification of the cancelled checks showing the funds have cleared my employer account long story short it is now the 4 th of april and my account is still blocked and i get no clear answers as to what is going on with my account i call and all i get is the run around i asked to speak with a manager i cant i ask for a direct link to a manager they dont have one i asked to tranfer the funds to another account they cant do that either
