Just wanted to share with you my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with your company. I thought ordering the tree directly from your company would have ensured a quality item and service but sadly I was very displeased.
*** CHAIN OF EVENTS ***
On November 28 I placed my order through your website in which the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
Nov 30 an email was sent out from your company, a person named Chris, thanking me for my purchase. That same day I sent out an email asking when my order would be shipped out but there was no reply.
Sent out a 2nd email on December 01 and again, no reply.
December 03 an email was received from NTC stating my November 28 order was cancelled due to lack of stock.

I understand this is a busy time of year for your company but if there was a lack of stock, why was not I informed immediately or your website reflected this in real-time? In all honesty, I do not feel confident ordering anything from your company again.
Oh hey! Yeah I contacted you within 2 weeks because of my broke a** tree and you took forever to reply and then when you did call, you told to me to register the tree, which I did and then at the beginning of the year to file under warranty. I now see why you said to do that as you have a 30 day time frame. YOU wanted to make sure I got screwed, well guess what I am posting this EVERYWHERE!
