Contacted me to do work in my area. I accepted 2 jobs ($300.00). They wanted me to do a large fiber run and I told them they would need to pay for 1st 2 before I accepted any more work. That was it, no more contact from them. I called to ask for payment and got the usual runaround. These people are scammers and will load you up with work (like Tip n Ring) and then never pay. They then move on to the next sucker. Don't fall for it!

We are sub contractors for National Telecom Services. Over a couple of years working for them they have fallen behind on their payments. $25,000 to be exact. Things we're flowing fine for a while then nothing but lies of when the next payment was coming. The owner Chris Shaffer and his son Scott Schaffer are true scam artists. They have no intention of paying there debt. Chris lives a life that he can't afford. Have heard he even borrows money from his employees then strings them along for years so they can't move on in fear of losing their money.

Long time employees are gone because of late paychecks and just plain embarrassed for NTS in general. If you are looking to be a sub contractor or are a new client needing work done. Please go elsewhere. They have my money and the customers money too. I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing they're stealing from honest hard working families. I'm sure their going to close the doors soon because there in no accountants crazy enough to get into that mess. Five accountants I have gone through over this matter. My calls are being transferred to a general voicemail box for accounting and nobody will call me back. Stay away from this company!

Did work for this company on numerous occasions. Received payment for a couple of invoices then they stopped paying.

They currently have more than one outstanding invoice with my company.

Spoke with someone a while back and they asked me if I took credit card payments. I responded that I do. They told me they did have the card with them cut they would call me the next day with the number.

They did not call. I tried calling them the next day but I got voicemail. Left a message but they did not call back.

I called them back and spoke to Shelley. She said she was new to her position and would look into it.

My office manager called her and spoke to her. Shelley mentioned that a credit card payment was made and we told her the story. She asked the amount we were owed.

We did not hear from her so we called back. We left a message. We did not get a return call so we called again. This time my OM spoke to her. Shelley told her she was waiting to talk to someone to release the funds so she could pay us. She sais she could not track them down and she will get back to us when she does.

My OM called back again and was told that a check would go out the next day. She gave us a check number and the amount. We still have not received the check.
