National Mobile Billboards, LLC Reviews
The company of national mobile billboard and the owner Frank Yon contacted me at my home in Indianapolis begging me to take a drivers position for a billboard campaign for Boost mobile in the Dallas Ft Worth erea consisting of a 5 week period. My reluctance was do to tardy pay on the previous service I rendered for the co. In lieu of financial hardship I accepted the job.The job was to pay 6k not including all expenses which would be re-emburst at the end of the campaign food per diem of $25 per day, fuel for truck, tolls, repairs, maintanance and anything related to the job.Upon completion of the job I then submitted all receipts and expenses pertaining to the job back to the co. The job started on Nov,14th and ended 1 week earlier than anticipated on Dec,14th. The company flew me back home where I have yet to be paid!
I have all phone messages,E mails and text messages concerning job description, flights to and from campaign, hotel stay and receipts, duties and pay.I have reached out to both Frank Yon and his company on several occasions concerning the lack of pay and the last verbal correspondence was 2 days before Christmas and the owners last words were good luck in getting your money and Merry Christmas! Since then I have contacted the Labor board by which they can only help if I am making $7.25 or less. Also the attorney general of Florida but no response! I would like to retain legal counsil however that's not financially permissable. No man goes away from his family to work for 4 1/2 weeks at 7 day work weeks because he doesn't need the money! Unfortunately there just isn't an advocate for the underdog any more.
