I received a Debt Collector Notice for $159.97 in my mail today. I am DISPUTING this $159.97 transaction and so-called debt! Spoke to Debt Collector and confirmed same - this debt collection is not correct.
I had ordered a Free Trial of Keto Control - which I paid $8.97 - for shipping.
I only took a portion of the bottle contents (for just under 2 weeks) and started having excessive side-effects! I have photos of the bottle and the pills still inside that I did not take.
So I immediately (within that two-week window) then called the two different 1-800 Customer Service Numbers to explain what was happening and to STOP/CANCEL any future orders or auto-shipments. I called the 1-866-393-5648 that is listed on the Order Confirmation and also called the 1-833-666-1426 that is listed on the back of the Keto Control bottle that I received.
I asked and was told that it was not necessary to return the remaining 34 pills and that I would NOT be charged anything for any auto shipped future orders. Customer Service confirmed my auto-ship was immediately cancelled.
Received a letter out of the blue : collection for $119.57 no idea for what the collection .
Googled the TRS Limited- Cogni lift. Show up as a scham, further reseach found an event that never happpen andin any event was not autherized. So never received any thing from this company. Would like to know how these leaches find their information???

On August 9th I sent two emails stating I wanted a full refund due to the nasty bottle that was sent. I received no response to either of my emails. Now all of a sudden I get a letter from the collection agency, National Medical Administrators Inc. for an amount due of $119.97. What is this for? I never received another product from this company. I paid for the sample. There was no invoice sent to me stating I owed them anything. This is a rip-off company. They do not show that the order would be considered ongoing at $119.97. I never selected for continuous orders.
National Medical Administrators were rude and nasty to me. I tried to explain my situation an not one of my three calls would they allow me to be heard. That tells me one thing. They are part of this ficious circle of harassment. They are protecting an online fraudulent company. Try Leaf Boss is a bait an switch company. They are dishonest and do not tell the consumer their terms and conditions. There are many complaints on these companies.
I refuse to pay for something I never received and I placed them on notice to refund my money. I want my money back! I have gone to the BBB and Consumer Complaints Online. I will pursue legal counsel should this company continue with this harassment and causing me harm.
I received two (2) statements that were dated as of June 18, 2021 from your company, National Medical Administrations, Inc., which I have never heard of before and have never had any business transactions before as well, was served a Creditor's Warning letter, when I did not receive a single or follow-up statement/s to begin with.
The first letter dated June 18th, claimed that TRS LIMITED-LIFE CBD, is a company that I have never heard of before and therefore had no business transactions whatsoever, claimed that I owed $119.97. The Creditor Acct # is 1488579. My Reference # is 1518354. Interestingly enough, I received a Second Debt Collector's letter without receiving any prior statements from National Medical Administrators. The reference # is 1515224 from Creditor TRS Limited-Cogni Lift, the Account # is 1488579 for the amount of $159.97, which approximately totals to $280.00 without the cost of tax plus shipping and handling.
I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau, the California Labor Board and the California Bar Association. I have done research on your company and you are a fraudulent outfit located in West Los Angeles and not in Norcross, GA. I may be 60 years old but I have an advanced degree as does my husband and you have caused me unnecessary duress and I am thinking of taking you to the Small Claims Court for Harassment. As defined by 15 U.S.C. 1692 (a) (6) "Collectors may not use false or misleading statements," which you clearly have done so.

If they are alleging that I bought CBD from TRS. No I have not. I do buy CBD but I buy it through SPERO because I am an investor in that company.

The consumers would only have to pay for the shipping and handling. So I paid for the shipping and handling and they sent 1 CBD Boost Capsules 300mg and 1 Life CBD Essential Oil 300 mg. After receiving the products i inform them that I did not wish to continue their service. However I had to pay$119.97 dollars for their cheap products.
On January 4, 2021 They bill me again for the same products and $159..97 for more products that i did not order. The National Medical Administrators, Inc are hostile and frighting to communicate with by treating to destroy one credit character. I will not pay a for products that I did not order or received! I am a disable Veterans with Anxiety Disorders and are being affected by National Medical Adinistrators, Inc of Norcross, GA 30010.
