National Land Partners, LLC. Reviews
We went to look at the land in Alvord, TX where they drive you out and make you compete with other buys to buy land. They literally drove us to a lot and said this is it and you need to say you want the land now or the people in the other car will get it. I asked again if it was the land in front of us, the seller confirmed. I said yes, if this is the piece of prooperty, I want this. So once we sat down and looked at the paper work we realzed that the survey was inconsistent with what the seller told us was the piece of land. We then sent them an email.
Michael,
After actually walking the property line yesterday, it turns out there is no easy access to the rear portion of the property unless crossing over into either Ranch 5 or Ranch 7. I was not satisfied with this property and no longer interested. Thank you for you time, E. Griego We were then contacted that a bridge would be put in by 4/20/18, that didn't happen, we were then told we would have a picture of it by 4/22/18, that didn't happen. It didn't happen because the bridge was not in place as we were informed. The property does not satisfy our requirments and we were told that it would be fixed and it wasn't so we sent an email stating that we did not want the land. We then received this email:
Vince Cutaia 5:47 PM (52 minutes ago) to Michael, me Mr. Griego,
When your wife attended the sale and purchased the property with a legal power of attorney she entered both of you into a legal and binding real estate contract. When you stopped payment on your earnest money you broke the legal contract, and therefore are in breach of contract. Then we agreed to install a culvert which has already been bought for your property. I’m sorry sir, but you are legally obligated to fulfill your contract. I will have no choice but to refer this matter to our legal department for further action. If you would like to reconsider your decision I will need full earnest money in certified funds payable to Town Square Title Co.

I am a Veteran and currently serving in the National Guard and the reason I went with them was because they promote how "WELL" they take care military members. This is what they consider great treatement?! My point is, they are a rip off and scammers trying to collect money from victims how ever they can. They don't care about Veterans and are quick to throw out their law department at you. STAY AWAY!!!
