This is the 1st and last time I will attempt to attend the NHRA Arizona Nationals. As a small business owner, this was the 1st time in years that I have closed my business to attend an event. I even bought the tickets one month in advance and bought VIP seats.
When my family and I got to the track, no one was there and it was raining. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the race was canceled due to the rain. I was there from 8am- 3pm hoping someone would show.
I left a voice message for the manager every day for 5 days, sometimes even several times in the day. Samantha, the manager, finally called me back on 02/28 and was of no help whatsoever. She told me she could not give me a refund. So, when I asked for tickets to a different event and she was not able to do that either.
I lost out on a lot due to this company. The tickets alone were almost $450.00. I bought merchandise for the races. As I stated earlier, I closed my business in order to attend this event. NHRA did not care about any of that. I will never again buy anything for or from NHRA ever again. Terrible customer service!
