Ordered 6 "in stock" (per company website) chairs on April 4th, 2017. National Furniture Supply kept pushing the delivery date back, multiple times. Finally, the chairs were going to arrive in August. An email/phone call was placed to be sure we were being delivered six chairs, with confirmation via email and phone. Three chairs arrived in August. The company said they made a mistake and gave the other three chairs to someone else. The chairs are out of stock now, and wont be shipped until late October-November. I would like to give back the three chairs they sent and take business elsewhere since they have been so dishonest and can't even garuntee the next batch of chair leather will match. They said I can pay 33% restocking fee or be refunded for just the three chairs that have not been sent. Ridiculous that they are even considering I would pay a dime for their mistakes.
On April 20th 2016 I ordered a beautiful Mermaid mirror.they took payment from my checking account one week later .then a backorder date camemail on may 15th saying it was b/of for may 25th .May 25th came and went no mirror. I called the company they responded with an email,saying it was again b/of for August 8th. Again I emailed them and the new date was September. I was done requested by phone cancellation of the order and a full refund of $ 106.00. They told me they changed banks and I would have to take up the matter with my credit card company, or the could issue me a cheque (this was the spelling they used) I asked for the check because I payed for my order with a debit card. Please HELP!!!
