It has taking me a while to put this together...but being sick has not help. Here is my story
Back in August-2015, I was contacted by The National Foreclsoure Rescue Center, claiming that they could help me with my property in which at this point had become an estate, due to the fact that my spouse had died and I was not on the note. They claim that after they had interview me over the phone that they definately could help me modify this loan. They charge 2,495.00 to do the work. They were charging 695.00 as Part I for Enrollment, 800.00 as Part 2 Verification, Part 3&4 1,000.00 (500.00 each) They had no problem collecting the money, however, they did not perform to my expertation and the contract that I had sign and the letter thaty they claim that I had sign doesn't add up. They had first assigned a lady name Lisa Jay. Well guess what, she was no longer with the company or working on my file. Then a Cassie Anderson was now working on my file on the mean time, I am assuming that this Lisa is working on it. Never did they notify me of the changes. I found out by me calling myself. o also provide an Elizabeth Garner ([email protected]) all my information (3rd party authorization, Household monthly expense, proof of income and all information pertaining to my case. Bottom line we started this process in August. I started to worry because if they are an expert on doing Loan Modification they were requesting information that should had been done immediately. An example as a Hard Ship Letter in which they requested this on September 17, 2015. Then on October 13, 2015 they wanted the Internal Revenue Service my Transcript which was done by a Ms Patsy A Hannon with IRS via fax. Bottom line was that I end up doing the work. THey could not stop the foreclosure, they were not responding to the lender. I had to call the lender directly and provided him with the requirements.
DO not use this company, all they do is take your money and run. want more information contact me.
