NO TRUST NOW! We have been using National Fitness Financial Services at 1645 East Hwy 193, Layton, Utah, 84040 since 2012. Prior to this date the previous owners used them for their club management software, billing and collections. Over the past ten months we have been experiencing delayed financial drops from our drafts from National Fitness. They would always seem to rectify the situation of their late payment to us. It has now come to our attention in a very critical manner, do to them not forwarding at least eight drops to our company, approximately $6000. We are a club with four to five employees and about nine thousand square feet. As a partner owned gym, kind of a the neighborhood gym we can not afford a setback of approximately $6000 dollars or more. We need help. I have contacted the State of Utah Department of Commerce and filed a complaint and flied a complaint with the State of Utah Attorney General for assistance. Everyone tells me about the news coverage of the business but no one has any solutions. PLEASE HELP US GET OUR FUNDS! How can they continue to be embezzling our funds.

I canceled my membership with Crossroads gym January of 2012. I was told to send in a written request to cancel, I did and was told my account would be canceled. I stopped receiving monthly statements from Crossroads as well. I recieved an email July 2015 after having moved residence 4 times, though keeping the same email, this is the first correspondence I have recieved. I was told I owe money for my membership to Crossroads. I was hung up on several times and yelled at by agents and supervisors at National Fitness, and was told there's nothing they can do about the $534 they took out of my account after canceling in 2012. She said they never got any paperwork for cancelation so and that I can't cancel until they recieve it. Yet I stopped receiving notifications and every time I moved, my mail was forwarded through USPS. They also informed me that since 2012, Crossroads had gone out of business and was now owned by Performax and that my membership was transferred. I was never informed of this at all. I called Performax and they canceled my membership over the phone in seconds and apologized for the confusion. They also said they have a lot of members dealing with the same thing. National Fitness refuses to acknowledge my cancelation from 2012 and they will not credit me a single penny. Even though they said I have to cancel with written notice, they are now, suddenly able to confirm my cancelation with Performax without written notice. This place needs to take responsibility for the money they are stealing from their members.
